At first everything seemed a bit tricky, since check in process was getting remotely done and I was contacted by a WhatsApp number that not specified in their booking profile, I got anxious that the place would turn out to be a fraud, but after I arrived at the place, my concerns were settled. Everything went well.
Nothing.

The property is about a 20 minute walk from St Lucia train station. The walk is very doable if you are able to lift your suitcase up and down the stairs. Otherwise I am sure you could take a water taxi. Dorsoduro is a lovely part of Venice. The property is near the Leonardo square. There are lots of eateries around and the food is delicious and local. The room was lovely. I overlooked a beautiful court. The room was spotless. Noel was there to help. Check-in is 24 hours.
The only tiny blimp for me was that on the last evening there was no hot water - the technician had been in and something went awry.

Thank you for making my stay simply excellent. Not to repeat other reviews but Noel is really helpful; yet self-check in/out works perfectly. And most importantly, a possibility to store one's luggage helps too. My room was clean and an iron was available. Wi-Fi connection was working, and the location was just splendid with many excellent spots in the area with two waterbus stops nearby.
(No bidet in the room)

Good location.
The room is above a bar, so it is pretty noisy until midnight.
The curtains don’t close, so there is a lot of light from the street and the bar all night long.
The shower door doesn’t close correctly, so all the bathroom floor gets wet when you take a shower.
I asked if I could leave my bags after check out, they only reacted to my message but never replied, so I’m the morning o had to run to look for another option because they stopped replying completely.
