This place is absolutely stunning and the location is perfect with a rooftop pool
everything was perfect but could have done with free transfers to Venice which some hotels offer

We stayed in a suite and it was absolutely amazing! It was on the corner of the hotel so views over 2 sides and we loved watching the boats. Nothing was too much bother and we were treated like royalty. The executive lounge was a really nice touch and we ordered breakfast to the room on our first morning.
The room had everything you could need and some beautiful finishing touches like Clarins travel sized toiletries. There was also a shuttle to the other main islands which left regularly (usually every 2o mins) and you had unlimited use for 18 euros.
If I was to nit-pick we would've liked a smart tv so we could watch apps instead of sky tv but honestly it wasn't a big deal. It's hard to think of a fault!

Our stay was amazing, birthday gift for my partner and we travelled with friends. From the airport to the hotel was a good experience at night with the hotel lit up very well. Staff were mostly polite and helpful, I would stay again.
Prices on the rooftop pool area bar and the staffs politeness was unfortunately a bad experience 4 small cans of beer and 4 single shots of tequila was over 140 euros.
