Beautiful location, very close to major touristic areas, very clean, staff very professional and friendly.
The breakfast was amazing.
The water transport stops in front of the hotel.
There was nothing we disliked.

The hotel was fantastic - high quality finish everywhere. Our room (a family suite) was great. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had - the variety and quality was superb. I was also delighted that they left a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the room to celebrate a birthday - this was a very nice touch and made us feel special. The shuttle service both into the centre of Venice was convenient and much easier than we thought it would be. There is a vaporetto that goes direct to the airport from the hotel - this was also very simple.
The only thing we would have liked were better sleeping arrangements for the kids. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable and not really big enough for our 16 and 12 year olds. Two separate sofa beds would have been better - there was plenty of space in the suite to accommodate this.
