The location was great. It was on a quiet streeet. Away from all the Veneice craziness but it was still close to a water taxi station and many restaurants. Thr staff, especially Christian, was fantastic. He gave us all the directions we needed and provided advice that made our stay in Venice much eaiser.
The shower was small but it is everywhere in Europe.

This is a charming hotel in a wonderful area. Our room was large with a separate sitting room and modern bathroom. Air conditioning was excellent in both rooms. It had an adorable shared terrace on the upper floor. The breakfast was great and the service in hotel and restaurant was outstanding. Everyone was warm and friendly. It really exceeded my expectations.
The WiFi was very slow, as was the drain in the shower. Neither of these things prevented us from having a truly magical stay.

Lovely, authentic hotel. Fabulous area, so close to water bus and restaurants. Good air conditioning was appreciated in the hot days and warm nights.
The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden.

The location is excellent and the staff are charming and helpful. It was very clean, and had nice communal spaces available to use, including a roof terrace and a garden.
Nothing - would stay here again for sure.
