A stunning property in a fantastic location. The views across the Grand Canal and Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute are truly spectacular and create a memorable Venetian experience. The hotel has a luxurious atmosphere, beautiful grounds and common areas, and an exclusive, premium feel throughout. Its location in Dorsoduro is ideal for exploring Venice while enjoying a quieter and more refined setting away from the busiest areas.
The service was professional and efficient, though a slightly warmer and more personal touch would have enhanced the experience further.

The room was very wele kept, clean, and offered an absoulty beautiful terrace view of the Grand Canal. The location was quiet, yet accessible, and central to many avenues of the city.

On a 5 day stay the Cleaning service was uneven - no replacement of bathroom products
No additional equipement (eg Spa or the like)
Breakfast was very standard not worthy of a 5 star hôtel
Never able to access the terrace on the canal
