The location was excellent, and communication with the host was outstanding. I received helpful transportation recommendations before arriving, which made our journey much smoother. The property was also easy to reach by taxi from the airport, which I found especially convenient when visiting Venice, as many streets are not accessible by car. From the taxi drop-off point, it was only an 8-minute walk to the hotel, which was very manageable and well worth it. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions, and even provided numerous recommendations without being asked, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Also had a nice view from the room.

The property was quiet, clean, comfortable, and relaxing! This was our first stay in Venice and we found the location to be perfect. It’s in a beautiful area, and you can easily walk to all the sites, but you’re away from the overwhelming crowds. AC worked perfectly, and even during a hot week the room was comfortable even without it due to the shade from nearby buildings. The owner was so great, we hope to come back soon!
WiFi was a bit slow sometimes in our room, but it worked for our needs!

It was a nice quiet area of Venice, away from the busy tourist areas. After a few days of exploring, it is not that far from the grand canal so the public water bus system.
It is not advisable to try & walk from the bus station to the property if you have luggages as there are a lot of bridges to cross over & you have lift suitcases for each one! There is no lift so we had to carry our suitcases over 2 steep flights of stairs. Also there is no tv in the room & breakfast was average (1 x small croissant & a coffee)
