This place is simply amazing. A quiet oasis few minutes from Venice S.Marco-san zaccaria ferry stop. We enjoyed in spacious, clean room and fabulous view from our window. Breakfast was diverse and tasty, great coffee. We had mypass venezia, so we could drive vaporetto unlimited. Thanks:)

The island is absolutely beautiful and the hotel rooms are in 3 buildings across the island. The on-site restaurant has great food at decent prices. Hotel reception is right where the vaporetto drops you.
There was very limited staff, which is probably why the daily service did not include cleaning, only bed making. There is only one building with a lift and ramp (Grecale), please request this if you have mobility impairments.

I loved the location, breath taking and such a beautiful area.
I feel they could do the rooms up a little more, make it cosy. Looks cold and have to say a little scary. Should try to make it a luxury hotel because it could be one. The restaurant was shut when we stayed, and there's nowhere to get any proper food at the hotel until breakfast.
