The property was so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast in the garden was lovely and everyone was very friendly. It was great to have a little kitchen area. Very close to restaurants and the vaporetti station.

Good size room but the oversize bed filled most of it leaving little room for much else. Disappointing as the B&B was advertised as Art Nouveau - it didn't live up to expectations either in decor or comfort. Good breakfast and pleasant, friendly hosts.
The maintenance in the room let the stay down. In this day and age I don't think there is an excuse for mold in the shower and bathroom which quite spoilt the stay. There are cleaners which are quite safe for use now and take no time at all to take effect.
Unfortunately when I arrived the electricity was off which meant I accessed the property straight through the main gate and front door. I waited in the hall for 30 mins for someone to appear, not realising that Reception is a hut like structure at the side of the building which I had missed.
