Simple, clean, super friendly staff, great view

1. When we arrived we were greeted by Stefano who was super welcoming and kind. The whole experience was super great. The hotel is in a very good state.
2. The hotel was cosy and nice.
3. Breakfast was appropriate for a boutique hotel.
4. The hotel is just in front of the water bus station which made it easy for us to go to the city center and back.
5. The toilet was occupied with all the needed toiletries.
6. There is a cafe/bakery in the building of the hotel.
1. We asked for an iron but it was only in the reception, so you have to get down to reception to iron your clothes.
2. We asked if we could have late checkin but our request was unfortunately denied.

Location is very central, you can see it right away when arriving to Lido. Very easy to get anywhere around the island or to San Marco. Very welcoming and friendly staff, willing to help with any issue.
The hotel is quite outdated, lacks soundproofing, it was almost impossible to open the windows for the fresh air as the surroundings are quite noisy due to all the traffic noise from cars and ferries and lots of people. Breakfast is not very varied but still offers some pastry and warm options.
