Great location.
Accomodations were clean and tidy
Breakfast room /coffee was clean, fresh, and ready!
I liked the ready Latte maker!!
Fresh water provided in room
Lovely view (but trim the tree in front of the 1st floor balcony) which obstructed our view a little.
Unfortunately the guests next door were frequently smoking on their balcony which drafted into our room.
The hotel was undergoing some maintenance, a/c, so we had a little obstacle course during the day. But work needs to be done and I wasn't in Venice to camp in my room all day. I can't say I didn't like it, but it was a little noisy with power tools beneath our feet in the morning.
I think a courtesy notice warning us could have been helpful. Especially if one was looking to sleep in on holiday.
