Nice quite location, easily accessible from transportation drop off. Lovely room with a beautiful private patio. We purchased the breakfast and it did not disappoint. Deliciously set out for us on our private patio.

The establishment has amazing character and the staff makes the entire experience fantastic. We had excellent breakfast in our garden area. We had a big rainfall overnight which led to some water entering the room and on the last night the air-con stopped working. The team did help us out and went out of their way to ensure we remained comfortable and continue to enjoy our wonderful experience of the stay and beautiful Venice. Daria and Gloria are two people that we rate very highly for hospitality and are real professionals. We will definitely make use of this stopover again and recommend it to anyone going to Venice - look no further!
Mosquitoes! But even then the room is well equipped to combat them. I would recommend additional repellent spray for the mosquitoes can help. But this is no issue at all.

Good location for us close to the ship Terminal.
Very expensive for the type of room and facilities. Was not portrayed correctly in the advertising. The bedding was not comfortable especially the pillows.
