The room was venetian style, all ok. Breakfast was quite diverse, actually very good, continental and italian. Staff was very attentive. Location was the best of all as its very centred but quiet, I experienced few tourists in the area. You can walk Venice from there. Best area in Venice. The inner green Patio is gorgeous for having a coffee or a Prosecco.
If you book a room with channel view be aware that sboats unload all provisioning for the hotel and pick up all waste early in the mornings between 6 and 10 am, so you hear the boats and the noise pretty well and might wake up. I just stayed 2 nights so maybe I hit the 2 cargo mornings. Better ask the hotel for this.

Nice tiny hotel in a central location in Venice - super clean, nice facilities, central location, good breakfast, very helpful staff, very reasonable price - we enjoyed our stay quite a bit.

The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely part of Venice. All of the big tourist sites are within a short walking distance but the area is quiet, not busy, and feels private. Very near to wonderful restaurants, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the powerful A/C was especially appreciated during the heat wave.
