-The rooms were clean, hotel was safe, and reception were polite and helpful.
-The hotel is around the quiet area but I would come back again because this is a wonderful decision in Venice. The centre is crowded and loud. And you can even got to other areas by either walking or taking boats.
-There are lovely restaurants around (15 min buy walking).
-Instead of breakfast, we got pastries from nearby bakery (look for Majer).
-There is a lovely small garden you can relax after a busy day and buy some gelato from hotel restaurant.

The location was really good. Close to the station and 20 minute walk to the most tourist areas. The hotel was clean as well.
The rooms are tiny for the price you pay. The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing special. Not exactly delicious.
