It is a very nice central property. The receptionist was very nice and attentive. She was helpful in many requests and we really appreciate that. We asked to leave our luggage (they have luggage storage) and some room service requests, which were all accommodated. They also have a very nice patio in the back and an elevator to bring up luggages.
The cleanliness of the hotel is not amazing. The first night we pulled out the blanket that had mysterious brown stains and pee stains. The sheets also had a bit of stains. It was nice that the room was refreshed daily as we were able to get other blanket/sheets and have the towels refreshed. Another thing is that it is a very small room, however we were expecting this.

Location, in a lovely area, yet close to all the sites, 8 min walk to nearest vaporetto stop, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. 15 mins walk from St Lucia train station.
Room was small, but very comfortable, Nespresso coffee machine. Bathroom great and a lovely terrace/balcony. AC very good.
We were on the third floor, which was great in many ways, however the lift only goes to floor 2 and you have a narrow steep staircase to carry any luggage.
The keypad on the door was very quick and needed several entries to open the door (made worse be the unbelievable heat outside the third floor room)
No glasses in the room, paper cups only.

Small room. No breakfastt. When booked breakfast was included but I was contacted to inform me that breakfast was no longer included.
