Location was great, close by to the nearest place cars can drive into Venice, so walking with luggage to the hotel was ok on arrival. very close to the car rental offices. Breakfast was very good. nice garden within the hotel.
very small entrance, no lobby. only one key per room was available, but this is part of the charm.

It’s location and easy access to trains and buses, particularly get to the airport! Staff provided great recommendations and the garden was cozy to hangout in. The one hour boat tour of Venice we booked through the front desk for 45 euro/person was amazing!
Room remained humid the entire day and night we stayed despite having an AC unit in the room. Bath room was a little tight in our standard queen room however it was very nice.

Location was excellent, very central and close to bus station and easy to hop on an off boats. Conceirge on check in was exceptional. Friendy staff and superior room is nice and big.

Everything was just lovely really. The staff were so genuinely friendly and caring, and the suite was first class. The hotel is so close to the transport services yet still only a short walk into the historic centre. There is also a beautiful secret garden inside the hotel where you can sit and enjoy your complimentary arrival drink. A canal at the front door, with cafes and restaurants just steps away. We were a bit jaded by the hustle and bustle of Venice on our last visit but a stay at this hotel restored our belief that Venice really is the most beautiful city in the world. Thanks especially to Maria for her kindness and for organising a tour of the city by water taxi.
