The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. There were plenty of towels, a hairdryer, soaps, and skincare products. The location was truly top-notch, very close to the placita. The lockers were really useful for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out.
The only small flaws were that the stove didn't work initially and that the batteries in one of the remote controls were dead. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Good price, was clean, I liked the view. I rented out like the Pent House it had my own private terrace which my family and I loved very much. To sit outside at night drinking coffee in the terrace was beyond what I expected.
First no elevator, bring up all my luggage and stuff up 5 flights of stairs not that easy. But I could have deal with that if I had my own parking space. You have two parking space for two different rooms, and just a small space for whoever gets there first. When I left the room to go around old San Juan, I came back to no parking space in the building going around and around at night time, trying and praying that I could find a good safe space to park. I started getting anxious when I had to drive farther and farther away with my kid at night to finally find a parking spot in front of an abandoned building which was scary. When I messaged hardly any answer or any help. When I called twice they didn’t answer and even leaving them a message did they even message me back.
