Quick check-in, and there were no room keys, just a code which was printed out for me. Also a code to enter the hotel itself. Room was spacious, VERY comfortable bed, nice unit shower/ bath and nice amenities. Small refrigerator and TV and heating/a/c.
There was a significant stain on the carpet that probably could have been cleaned. Window didn’t open (and it was frosted) so I couldn’t see if it was raining outside or not.

The bedroom is quite good in regards to size and it was also very chill. The washing machine inside the hotel was really helpful for us, and the employees were friendly. The location is good and you can go to nice places around Kyoto by walking.
Nothing big, but zero flexibility in check in hours. We had to wait a bit, but it was okay.
