Room clean and spacious. Bathroom also spacious. Location perfect. Requested early check in and room was ready when we arrived.
The bed whilst spacious, mattress was a bit hard and the pillows were not great at all.

Communication very good from start to finish. Initially we were advised of a fault with the air conditioning in our room.
We were provided an upgraded room at no cost to us and Giubbonari Suites even waived the City Tax.
It was in a great location, central to all the major sites. Within either walking or short cab ride to great restaurants Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and more.

Only the room...
Spacious shower and bed... and location was very close to everything within 20-25min walk to all attractions.
Over all it was okay for a shot stay for couple if you want a clean spaciour room to sleep and rest.
Building!
Getting into the building had to go though few different doors to rach the lift, the lift was very small and scary.
Only one person and a small luggage would fit in the lift.
There was no staff at the reception during our stay we had to communicate though whatsapp.

Good location, close enough to walk to Trastevere and local street shops/ supermarket/ coffee shop. Lift to take bags up. Good for a couple of nights just to sleep and shower, especially if you are out all day/night sightseeing etc.
Could be cleaner and some renovations/ updates would make the space feel nicer. Bed not comfortable.
