Great apartment, spacious with 3 comfortably sized bedrooms, large living room and well-equipped kitchen. The best of all was the air condition which is integrated in the flat ceiling and runs in all the rooms. It was quiet and at times we actually turned it off because it got too cold (this was August and 32 degrees C outside)! The apartment is located on a quiet street, and although we heard loud parties while outside the apartment was still very quiet. The washing machine works, we kept the drying rack on the balcony and in the morning the clothes were dry. It was easy to keep communication with the owner over booking's chat, and they answered quickly to all our requests. Price wise it was 2/3 the price of a worse apartment in Port de Pollenca, we regret not staying here the whole 2 weeks! Parking was a bit difficult during the day but drive once around the block and on the backside in the street going uphill we always found parking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely come back!
The beds were really, REALLY hard... My husband had problems sleeping properly, and would wake up at night and not go back to sleep (and he prefers mattresses on the hard side).
It is a bit of a walk to the closest beach (Cala Agulla) if you go the scenic route, better take the road and walk directly there. Cala Agulla is super crammed and very small, we didn't like it too much. One day we walked to the other local beach, Cala Gat, thinking parking would be difficult but it was a long walk with kids in the heat and it would have been easy to park there! Instead we discovered Cala Mesquida a short drive away which is lovely -- it's huge and spacious, with a bit of waves for the kids and a nice restaurant for lunch.

Il proprietario dell'appartamento è stato sempre disponibile e gentile; l'appartamento spazioso, confortevole, era come stare a casa nostra. Nei dintorni ci sono locali, supermarket e la spiaggia della caletta (molto affollata però in agosto) dista circa 15 minuti a piedi. Ci sono spiagge più spaziose e lunghe raggiungibili in auto (che noi abbiamo preferito). Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio nei pressi dell'appartamento.
Non c'è nulla di particolare che non mi sia piaciuto... magari avrei messo nella camera da letto uno specchio a figura intera che mancava e avrei riverniciato i termosifoni che apparivano un po' arrugginiti... per il resto tutto perfetto.

Wohnung ist sauber und mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern mit Toilette und Dusche wirklich gut ausgestattet. Lage ist nahe zum Strand Cala Agulla.
Wohnung liegt direkt an viel befahrener Durchgangsstrasse. Ab 7 Uhr geht der Stress los. Busse Lkw Müllabfuhr.. Da ist die Nacht vorbei bei offenem Fenster.. Unter der Wohnung leben Mieter mit Kindern.. man muss sich bewusst sein das diese Ihrem Alltag nachgehen und nicht im Urlaubsmodus sind.. Ab 7 waren wir immer wach... Direkt gegenüber sind vier Tennisplätze auch hier wird ab ca. 9 Uhr ehrgeizig und unüberhörbar gespielt.... In Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte mal investiert werden.. Geschirr Tassen Gläser Besteck Kühlschrank könnten langsam mal erneuert werden.. Muss ja nichts teueres sein... Heizung und Steckdosen könnten mal neu gestrichen und erneuert werden wegen Rost... Die Klimaanlage geht zwar gut lässt sich aber in den einzelnen Zimmer nicht einzeln regeln sondern nur zentral... Wenn einer Klimaanlage nachts mag und der andere nicht hat man leider ein Problem... Alles in allem war die Unterkunft ok würde sie aber nicht nochmal buchen... Wirklich erholt haben wir uns nicht... Vermieter ist sehr nett!!! Was mich aber nicht davon abhält meine Meinung zu schreiben.
