Accessible Room is a large 17 square metre (184 Sq.Ft.) double room with secondary direct access from the street with abatement tools of architectural barriers, also, but not exclusively, suitable for people with wheelchairs. It has 2 single beds cm. 80 X 200 joinable on request in a double bed and a murphy bed with extra comfortable mattress cm 90 X 200. The private en suite bathroom with shower has sanitary facilities and equipment also suitable for our guests traveling on wheelchair. Room rates include breakfast (room cleaning and towels/bed sheets change every 4 days, luxury toiletries, superior towels and bed sheets, free high speed WiFi connection, strong air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix channels, espresso/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine available 24h.

It also boast a common area with one dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, one terrace with tables and chairs, one computer room with printer, washing machine and dryer. This area is shared among the three rooms and can be also used by the guests of the apartments upstairs. These 3 rooms are all finely and exclusively furnished by an English designer.
