This fun and friendly studio is located at the base of the resort, within skiing or walking distance from the mountain. If you are looking for a rental for winter sports or somewhere to indulge in outdoor adventures in the summer, this is the place for you! This home also features a full kitchen and a warming gas fireplace. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to several shared amenities including a pool, hot and dry saunas, and a fitness room. During the winter months, you can easily access the nearby slopes for fantastic skiing and snowboarding. This studio is also on the bus route so it's easy, safe, and fun to get around town where you'll find local restaurants, bars, and unique shops. And during the summer, the resort offers mini-golf, a zip line, a kids' rope course, and much more. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that Vacasa has partnered with KEY in Park City, where a local concierge can handle anything from stocking the fridge with groceries to hiring a babysitter. After reserving your stay, you'll receive details about how to take advantage of this service! Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. My friends and I stayed for the weekend. The weather was cold and snowy. The wall heater didn't work nor did the fireplace. I was also accidentally charged twice for my rental. I sent a few messages to the management company and I was already home from my stay when I finally heard from them. I rent VRBO's quite frequently and will never rent from this particular management company in the future.

We arrived on our first day late in the evening. The condo was cold, but we thought it was due to it being empty. Looked for a thermostat & could not find one. The next morning we tried to get the warming fireplace on, it won’t ignite. Placed the first of many calls to Vacasa. Condo is very cold. I was told that someone would come by to look at it, so I stayed there all day waiting. Nothing. It’s 30 degrees outside & we have no heat, plus I wasted a full day of our vacation sitting in the condo (wearing my coat). Multiple calls to Vacasa that day. Finally the following day, in the late afternoon we get word that the “amenity” fireplace cannot be fixed. The warming fireplace is the only heating source in the condo! Actually, there was one small plug in heater in the closet. We didn’t think it safe to leave on during the day while we were out or at night while we slept. They offered to bring more space heaters by, but at that point we were checking out the next day. There appeared to be old radiant heat, but the radiators were ice cold. The location was great, the skiing was great, but the condo & our experience with Vacasa was very disappointing.

Great location. Little difficult to navigate to find the room at first. Loved having a kitchen. Worked well for short skiing trip. Enjoyed hot tubs and pool after long day of skiing.

Great location next to biking trails and town with lovely view from the outdoor pool and hot tub. All the basics for cooking, and a decent Mexican restaurant just steps outside the building.

First, the location was amazing and so pretty. Lots of things to do with a very very short walk, even just stepping out of building was filled with an adventure loving person.
The only thing I would change is the amount of furniture in condo. Once the Murphy bed is pulled down and the couch bed out you have to arrange the furniture to jump over. It becomes an obstacle course.

The unit itself was difficult to find, should be a map & marked better. The Murphy bed was difficult to lower & raise. Someone who is physically weak could not have lowered it or raise it. Mattress was very soft

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. Bed was comfortable although the pillows weren’t the best.

Came here for July 4 (as we do often). This studio was clean and nice, a perfect size for 2 nights with small kitchenette. The directions to find the studio were really difficult to understand, even as someone who spends every year there. So for reference- its directly above Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. We parked in the big uncovered lot, which was perfectly fine. The jacuzzi hot tub on our floor was really nice. It's also close to everything, lots of restaurants, shops and the ski area for winter guests.

The location is amazing - truly a ski in and ski out with access to the shops and restaurants in the village. The door code made it easy to get in and out. Love the hot tub on each floor!

Great location, exactly as advertised
It is hard to get much closer to the lifts. No long maze like hotel hallway walks to get to the elevator and another hike over to the slopes. Just a few steps away! Everything was exactly as advertised, no surprises! Easy check in/check out.

Loved the location for accessing all of PCs greatest trails. The apartment was the perfect size for me. The bed was comfy and the wifi was good enough for me to get work done. Walked, rode and walked everywhere…no car needed :D

Great place!
We stayed at the mountain village studio. It was very nice, clean, well appointed. I loved how that there were extra towels. It seems like many times there aren't enough towels! We didnt use the hide-a-bed. But we checked it out. The mattress was really thin. You could feel every spring. If someone had to sleep in it, it would be an uncomfortable night. The murphy bed mattress was great though.

It was an ideal location and the unit had everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The only downsides during our stay were the floors were not cleaned before getting there, some of the plates and cups were cracked so weren't usable, and the toilet didn't flush properly.

One downside...the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. It is in dire need of a mattress upgrade. It is a traditional spring mattress in which you feel every spring. Again, great place for two that can share the Murphy bed, but not great if the sofa bed is needed.

Great location...on the smaller side
The location of this unit is great! Quick access to the slopes and shuttles for a ride into downtown Park City! Ideal if you are not renting a car. The unit is pretty small, so when the beds (Murphy, sofa) are out, there’s hardly any space to walk. It still works though, but I wouldn’t choose this place for more than 2 people - it’s be really tight.
My only suggestion for improvement is to upgrade the sofa bed mattress. It is a coil spring mattress in which you feel every spring - very uncomfortable. Would be better if upgraded to a memory foam alternative. Not a comfortable bed. Great location though!

Amazing Proximity to Skiing
This property is located in the Park City Village - literally steps to the lifts. Property is well-maintained and furnished. Owners have done everything they reasonably can to make the small space comfortable, and it was very clean. Small kitchen is fully functional. The building is old, and the common amenities (hot tub, in particular) are lacking. But it's not really about luxury living - it's about skiing, right? And you cannot get any closer - you're right in the village with super convenient access to the lifts.

Super location
This small, efficient space is perfectly located for skiing. The kitchen was well appointed. The Aveda product in the bathroom was a nice touch. The only disappointments were that the fireplace was finicky and didn't always start and the quilt was quite old and lumpy.

Very convenient to slopes but small
The location was great! No real check in instructions so we had to ask a few people where the unit was, once we found it, easy to get into. The food our couch was unbearable for my kids to sleep on, so we asked for a mattress pad or something...they brought us an awesome air mattress that worked perfectly! There was only enough room for the Murphy bed and the blow up in the living space. It was very small for 4 people...I would recommend this for 2 people. If you are traveling with kids under 21, call the restaurant before you go. There are a lot of places that won’t let kids in bc they sell alcohol. Otherwise, great location and vacasa helped out with any issues we had during our stay!

Perfect place to stay for direct access to slopes
The property was exactly as listed. It was completely packed with everything you could need (just bring your clothes and go). It had direct access to the slopes (one floor down and out the door). They allowed us early check-in so we were able to walk in @ 11 and start our vacation. We had a variety of small shops and restaurants surrounding us. Second-floor hot tob was the perfect temperature.

Perfect slopeside place to stay
This home was stocked with everything we needed. All you had to bring was what you wanted to wear. Very close to the slopes (down one floor and out the door) as well as dining and shopping options. One thing I wish we had known and I would recommend Vacasa adding to their things to know is about public transportation. The bus is extremely convenient for getting to Main St. It is free and fast. We Ubered our first time to Main St but after that, we took the bus and we were thrilled. Thank you for an awesome stay. We look forward to returning!
