Welcome to Majestic Beach Tower 2 Unit 806 Your perfect vacation should start with our perfect location. We’re located on the 8th floor overlooking 650' of the sugary white beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The other part of the perfect vacation is you never have t across firom units06/07o leave the complex for heated indoor pools, outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pool, beach services, market and deli, restaurant, Starbucks, game room, movie theater with stadium seating and free movies, and much more! Starting Jan 1 2024 all guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register. Here are some of the features that make Majestic Beach 806 special: • Carefree check in so that you go right to the condo without checking in at a desk • 1000+ square feet of living space on the 8th floor • Living room plenty of room with a large wall mounted Flat Screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa • Dining Area has a bistro table for with seating for 6 • Large fully equipped Kitchen including blender, coffeemaker, toaster • Master Bedroom has KING bed with a 32” flat screen TV • Master Bath has a garden tub and separate shower • The 2nd Bedroom features a QUEEN bed and a 32” flat screen TV • The 2nd bath also has a combination tub/shower • The 3rd Bedroom has twin bunks that’s perfect for the kids with a 32” flat screen TV! • There is a full size washer/dryer located in the hall way You’re going to enjoy your vacation at Majestic Beach2 - 806. It’s perfect for up to 8 people and it’s got everything your family will need to create your own vacation memories. About Majestic Beach: Starting Jan 1st, 2024 guests will have to register with the resort and will have to pay $40 per vehicle. This rental property was absolutely perfect! The condo unit itself is absolutely the best! It is beautifully updated and decorated and spacious!! The property location and amenities are also wonderful! We have stayed at many different condos and properties and this one hands down, exceeded them all! The only negative was with the property management company itself in that we never received any check in instructions and the day we were traveling by plane to get there, we were scrambling to reach someone to give us check in information. We had to make 3 phone calls before we were able to reach anyone at the property management company and they finally sent us a very brief message with a few instructions. Aside from that, we had no other issues at all and we can’t wait to go back!

We had high expectations going into this property based on the pictures provided and reviews, it met or exceeded every one. What a wonderful property and location for a beach vacation. Would recommend to anyone who asked for a place to stay while in PCB.

Overall we enjoyed our vacation, we had an amazing time! We loved the all white apartment it was beautiful but it was not up to our standards on cleanliness. Upon first arrival we had to wipe down the fridge and wash the floors because it was just really dirty, but other than that everything was ideal.

The condo was everything the pictures were. Just gorgeous inside with breathtaking views. Wish we had more time to truly enjoy the amenities but it was the PERFECT place for us to stay. 4 adults and it could easily sleep 4 more. Would love to come back. Super easy check in/out and wonderful staff at the Majestic. Bonus - just 15 mins from my family that live in PCB. Can’t rave enough about it.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We do wish we knew ahead of time that we would not have access to the property's gym/fitness center. There was also a very loud vibrating noise in the 2nd bedroom that was constant and did make it difficult to sleep in that room. It sounds like something mechanical above the room but runs constantly. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. The location on the beach was awesome but it was a little noisy being right by the elevators. It was definitely suppled with everything you could need for cooking. etc. There were a couple of maintenance issues in the guest bathroom - shower control doesn't stay in place and there is a definite musty smell- and the bunk room doesn't really accomadate adults. But overall a wonderful place to stay!!

Family Vacay
We enjoyed the stay. Their were some areas of the condo that could have been cleaner. When we opened the sofa bed under the couch was filthy. Disappointed we couldn’t use the gym and didn’t realize it until we had already reserved and checked in so we will have to go somewhere else for gym access. The AC never got under 69 degrees. But family vacation was good and we love the place and PCB, We enjoyed all the pools and amenities. Thank you for the stay.

Beach front getaway
We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean. Ocean view was beautiful. Everything is as pictured in photos. Property is very nice and clean, several pools, close to Walmart & Pineapple Willy’s. Unloading zone was nice just had to leave ID to get a cart. Very easy process. Elevators are fast and pretty big. Beach is beautiful and the water was clear.

The communication with the host (which is actually a rental company) needs work. I tried over and over to send messages and call with a couple questions I had a no one would reply or answer the phone. After leaving several messages someone finally called me back. Very glad nothing happened that needed attention while we were there, not sure it would have been handled.
