It is on a hilltop with all-around views, only one hour from Yosemite. You will be close to town, but feel like you are in the country. The kitchen was recently renovated with oak flooring and cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. It has a large seating island as well as a breakfast nook. The dining room, entry, hall and sunroom floors are oak; the bedrooms are carpeted. The home is spacious with lots of windows overlooking the historic town of Sonora and the Sierras in the distance. The back deck is a favorite gathering spot. There is also a small deck off the sunroom and a covered tile front porch.
