We had to change rooms at 3:00 am, due to a huge water buldge and 4 other small ones on the wall in the restroom. It was very inconvenient to have to move in the cold night. Also, the restroom door did not close. We're not happy with our stay.

This is one of the best places we've stayed. It was an excellent value, the bed was super comfy, and even the pillows were big and fluffy. The shower had good water pressure and the water stayed warm. The free hot breakfast was great: eggs that stayed wam, bacon AND sausage, muffins, waffles, yogurt, juice, fruit, and coffee. We asked for and were given a convenient first-floor room. Fridge and good AC/heat. Highly recommend!

To start the 2 ladies at offoce where so nice and kind at checking and check out. I wish there was more people working with that great attitude. Room was clean everything functioning properly. The only thing that might need an upgrade is the ac unit. It is pretty loud. Hopefully on the future they can get replaced. But over all 10 stars

It was actually very great except for being in room 111. It was very noisy with the breakfast people getting ready and a lot of noise in the room although I didn’t mind it but I’m not sure anybody else would appreciate all the noise that was going on in that room so anyway, I enjoyed it. It was very pleasant and I plan to come back again thank you.

The people were all very friendly. Our room had an old smell to it. Our friends room below us did not. We almost went to request another room but we just stayed in it. The location was perfect.

My husband and I decided to get away for a well needed weekend. The two ladies that checked us in at front very friendly and down to earth...just made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and very spacious but the bed was hard. Had a mattress pad on it but could tell it was old and could still feel the wire springs. Otherwise was a nice room and great location.

Staff friendly, and aim for customer satifaction. Hot breakfast was excellent. Property outside is old, however they are working to update. I rented jacuzzi suite. Room was nice, however tub was outdated and old, water was slow filling, 1-2 broken jets,, but others worked good. most important water was hot like i liked it. No real complaints, it did its job for my sore muscles. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. Will stay again without hesitation.

I was impressed with the front desk. Very welcoming. The room was clean. Restroom was on the spacious side. Tile was very cold in the restroom, after all it is winter, but loved that it had a wall furnace that quickly warmed the room. Biggest complaint was the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. Location was great and parking was never an issue during our 3-night stay. I would most definitely stay again.

Room was large & temperature was comfortable. It was raining & the outdoor walkways, though covered, were leaky (pools of water in middle of corridor). Power went out @ 10:30pm, no tv or internet; not hotel’s fault but annoying. I booked months in advance yet was given a “deluxe” room with view of the soda machine ☹️, one of only 4 rooms with zero view.

Great place to stay. Everything was great. I only have one concern...the curtains don't block all the light because of the gap between the window and the curtain. It was bright most of the night.

Clean place close to restaurants bars great location, Staff was ok, they didn’t want to clean my room !!! The pool is closed jacuzzi closed Breakfast was attended slowly and never smiled they needed to be trained in customer service

Super nice little town we found nice restaurants a lot of shopping a lot of quaint stores. Also had fun doing the escape room down the street and we celebrated our 25th anniversary. It was that it was a really good hotel.

They were accommodating for early check in. For a fee u can do early check in 11-12pm. The room itself was pretty small. One of my complaints is the tv didn’t have good channels. I think this hotel is good for healthcare workers who need to stop by sleep, and go back to work. It’s very basic. It’ll do the job if you’re just looking to sleep.

It was next to a super busy street so all night cars were revving up and down the streets. It was also just not the safest feeling town but then again we didn’t have any bad experience with safety. The receptionists were extremely nice and the breakfast and breakfast staff was amazing.

Staying at the Heritage Inn was a joy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were eager to make sure we were comfortable and knew what was happening in town. The room we stayed in was freshly updated in a tasteful manner, with clean fresh bedding. The rooms are not large but comfortable enough for a few nights. The street traffic was a bit noisy at times but as a very light sleeper I travel with a white noise machine so no issue for me. The location was close to everything in downtown Sonora.

It was refreshing to see the staff laughing and joking around when checking customers in. It looked like a wonderful work environment and that rolls over into the guest experience and overall upkeep of the facility. Our room was clean. The staff was nice, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and clean. We did not go their breakfast or use the pool as it was november and closed. It's an outdoor pool, and it didn't look very big. And it seems to be in a bit of an awkward spot. But I don't know, again, we didn't use it so...

Bathroom has been wonderfully remodeled (clean, roomy, excellent lighted mirror with two recessed lights above; best fan, will not allow the mirror to fog up). Heater/AC is remote controlled. Comfy bed. Pleasant, helpful staff. Standard breakfast. Sonora is an awesome little town, walkable, and this hotel is right there in the middle of it.

the check in took almost 20 minutes. I requested a quiet room but was placed in very noise side of the building by the street. the curtain is very small that can't cover the window. you can see the street light full night.

Beds were terribly hard, pillows were very worn out. Our front door didn't lock when closed. You really had to slam it to get it to lock.

Short walk to town for shops and restaurants. Airconditioning was very noisy from neighbouring rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very pleasant and welcome.
