The location is perfect, just outside centre, but honestly a much nicer area. The room was spacious, the owners are super helpful and easy to contact. Everything I needed for a stay.
Bit of a trick to open the lock, but just an old building. Again here, owners were just helpful.

Location was good. Value for money.
The check in instructions were a little confusing. A bit more logic required. The toilet and water system was crazy loud. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. I had to call them to find out the wifi code. The QR code in the room is not the one! The bedside light fitting came off the wall to expose the wiring.

Location was very good and convenient. Duomo metro station was 3 minutes by foot. The room was clean when we arrived. The owner was very helpful and very willing to guide us on how to access the property, to find the keys etc.
The only problem we faced was that the toilet was a little clogged and wasn’t completely cleaning when we were flushing.
