The property was very very clean, very nicely decorated and very welcoming. Staff were great and Francesca was super helpful.
If I had to be super critical, the road outside was noisy, but that is to be expected in a city centre.

Location, secure building, clean and good facilities. Second time we’ve stayed here, ask for room 6 as very quiet, this time we were in a room facing the main road so was quite noisy.
Road noise. Breakfast is very basic and fruit was very ripe/rotting. Bit disappointing.

It was clean
Wasn’t a hotel, more of an Airbnb.
Only 6 rooms, small kitchen with limited choice for breakfast. Cleaner served the hot drinks. Communication received from hotel via WhatsApp of how to enter the building etc but ‘help yourself to the key from behind reception, this is your room number’. We actually didn’t see anyone on reception for the days we were there.
The lights on the steps in the bedroom didn’t turn off at night unless you took the keycard out of the electric switch meaning no air conditioning all night.
On the day of departure, no water! No warning either that any ‘maintenance’ was due to be done.
