The location of the place is good, close to a metro station and felt safe enough. The room had everything we needed: a good bed, A/C, a fridge, enough electronic outlets and it was very spacious. We also loved the bath tub with jets, so relaxing! Instruction were communicated clearly and the place was quiet.
There were quite many locks and doors to reach the room. Also, the A/C did work well but was quite loud.

Checked in early with ease and cleaning staff was nice. Communication about in and out of room was great and easy. The location felt secure and close enough to other activities we planned. Was clean and quiet.
Needs more USB charging ports. Also hair conditioner would be nice.

It’s in a good location, easy (approx 20 mins) to walk down to Garibaldi where there is the central station and Ali bus from/to airport. There is a metro station within 100 metres. Many of the tours go from Star Hotel Terminus Garibaldi or the Port, which again is approx 20 mins walk. We chose Terminus as there’s a lot to see en route and plenty of places to eat. 10 min walk from the historic centre, which is bustling.
There is a supermarket 100 metres down the street, which we didn’t find until towards end of our stay. It has everything you would need. There’s a cafe opposite entrance which sells bakery items for breakfast if preferred. There are a couple of cafes next to the metro stop which are not bad. Everything local appears to shutdown at 2pm on Sundays.
Daily cleaning is acceptable, however needs a more detailed clean - the sealant around shower is filthy and mouldy; the grout needs attention. The shower drain cover floats when in use, I didn’t dare look to see what may lay below it. The inside door handle to the bathroom was broken so couldn’t be secured and difficult to keep closed whilst in use.
