The owner is super friendly, when he saw we were family and 3 people he offered a better room for the same price, he was available all the time and the room had AC.
The Wifi was a bit weak but we didnt need it a lot

The room was OK for the price and close to everything.
We weren't told about the kitchen and coffee in the morning until we found it just before we left.
The shower was a bit iffy.

The location of this property is exceptionally convenient for downtown San Ignacio and the market area. The staff were kind, friendly, and attentive without being in your face. Overall it was a cheap sleep. Provided fans were adequate. They accepted credit cards on site with a small fee. It felt safe in the area.
The facilities were in worse condition than I expected. 100% of the sheets had holes in them. The mattresses were well-used.
