Don Santiago Guesthouse Downtown

Having a full kitchen to use and laundry service it was great plus the location you’re close to everything and Hugo the owner is super nice!!

It was good there really is nothing I that stands out it was a great experience!!

Clean Cold drinkable water available

Loved our stay at Don Santiago Guesthouse! For our week-long stay in San Ignacio, it was everything we needed. Check-in was easy & fast. Our room was clean & tidy, with everything in working order. Beds were comfortable, bathroom hygienic with hot water shower. Air-con worked well with a pedestal fan provided too. Wifi available in rooms, shared space & balcony overlooking the main street. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen was fantastic for preparing meals (best & cleanest communal kitchen I've seen) with a water dispenser available to guests. Hosted by Hugo, always friendly & available for information & warm chats. Hugo takes great pride in keeping the guesthouse clean, presentable & smelling fresh. The location was perfect - quiet yet an easy 5min walk to some amazing eateries & supermarkets, 10min walk to open air local markets and the river. We highly recommend a stay at Don Santiagos Guesthouse. We will stay here again without hesitation. Thanks to Hugo once again for his hospitality 🙏

Everything was great!

Very good budget guesthouse. Big, clean rooms, very well equipped communal kitchen. Good location on the main street very close to tourist shuttle pickup and drop off. Good value.
