The location is good. Quite place away from the Main Street lights and music.
The aircon is not that cold. Maybe the change it to split type.!

The location of this property is a snorkeler’s dream. While there isn't a traditional sandy beach (it is quite rocky), there is a private access door that leads directly into the sea. This is a huge advantage as it allows you to swim out to the Moalboal Sardine Run for free, avoiding the entry and scuba fees charged nearby.
The sardines are right in front of the property in relatively shallow water. Beyond the incredible sardine clouds, I was lucky enough to see turtles and even some seahorses! It’s also very convenient for daily needs, as it’s within walking distance to the town center for groceries and local restaurants.
The breakfast portions were small with limited choices. Additionally, the outdoor tap provided to rinse off after the sea is poorly positioned and very hard to find, we didn't even notice it until our last day. Management should consider installing a more visible rinse station or a second tap right near the entrance of the unit for better convenience.

Location was the best of the best, couldnt ask more. Just near the shore of sardines and turtles. You can get the guide just next door. Put on your swimwear and go. Just be careful of jellyfish.
Breakfast. Very poor choice. I didnt find anything i could eat.
