From prior our arrival to day of leave our Host Mr Barlin was wonderful and very approachable. This property was a delight, very spacious, and boasting a beautiful array of goodies in fridge, flowers and chocolates as a welcome. The outdoor area was so relaxing. We would definitely like to stay here again.

A beautifully appointed duplex. Extremely clean and had every item you needed and more. Our group of over 60 s ladies really enjoyed our stay , we were in walking distance to Braddon shops, good parking spaces at the property and safe neighbourhood. Thank you for having us stay!

Spotless, well equipped, easy parking, great location, generously provisioned (towels, kitchen essentials, working from home spaces etc). Overall, a perfect base in Canberra where everything you needed was looked after.

Great accommodation with attention to detail. Owner very helpful and the extras like milk and butter in fridge is really thoughtful when you are on holidays. Close to main city centre. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Great central location to explore the many attractions of Canberra.

The house was very clean and we were suprised to see it was well stocked with basic food items. The host was great and communicated was easy throughout the stay. The location is quite close to everything we needed.

The apartment is clean and spacious and in an excellent location close to restaurants, cafes and everything Braddon has to offer. Communication with the host was also great who checked in with us both before and during our stay to ensure everything was ok. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. 5 stars!

If we could, we would give this property 10 stars!! The owner, William, was exceedingly courteous and helpful and very easy to deal with. The property was in an excellent location, very quiet and very warm!! The features were top of the range - Sheridan sheets and towels etc. The vase of flowers and bottle of wine were a welcoming gift which was very much appreciated as was the starter pack of bread, butter, milk, eggs, coffee and toast toppers. We will happily return to this property and have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone!!

Well appointed and very tidy home. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Garage plus one undercover carport. Very clean, hosts left plenty of "goodies" for us, even bread and eggs. Would recommend to anyone wanting a short walk to entertainment area, restaurants, bars and cafes. Quiet area with minimal traffic. Good communication with hosts via text messages, very personable. The property was just out of the city in a quiet street, close to shops, parks and city sights. The unit was spacious and well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings. The unit was immaculately presented and the little extras that were left by the owner were greatly appreciated.

A very well maintained high quality property, with lots of essentials left in the house for our arrival. All resulting in to a very enjoyable family get together part of our family from England and part from Gold Coast.

Easy process of rental. Could not fault either process or accommodation.

My family had a relaxed and comfortable stay in William's immaculate house. The location is brilliant with Lonsdale St and Civic only a few minutes walking distance away. Likewise, the bush is easily accessible by foot and most evenings we ventured up to the foot of Mt Ainslie to see our beloved roos. William is an excellent host who went out of his way to accommodate us which we greatly appreciated. We hope to be back! Highly recommend!

The property where we stayed was immaculately presented and thoroughly clean. All the basic essentials like bread, milk, cereals, tea, coffee, milk etc was provided as part of the package. The bedding was clean and comfortable and towels and toiletries also provide. Great location just a short walk from the city and central to everything. Great communication from our Host who was also very accommodating. We arrived at this lovely home to gorgeous flowers, a lovely bottle of wine and generous supply of breakfast staples. Will certainly be back to stay if we get to return to Canberra. Fantastic location, close to Canberra City and local attractions.

It was wonderful to walk into a beautiful, clean, fresh scented home. We were also greeted with fresh lilies. What a delight. The fridge was well stocked with butter, eggs, milk, bread, and spreads, which we were not expecting, but was a fabulous surprise. The air conditioning was fantastic, especially because our Canberra days were very warm. We loved this property and would definitely stay again. Thank you. Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 5, extremely clean, everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. William went above and beyond with his generosity and kindness and it was reassuring that we could communicate quickly if needed. Well located (10 minute walk to heart of the cafe strip and not much further to the city). Clean and spacious property with good bedroom separation , heating/cooling and undercover parking . Couldn't fault the place

Perfect place for myself & my 4 adult children for our pre Christmas get together - cleanliness was fabulous, location was great, short walk to Braddon central restaurants & shops, War Museum. Very easy check in & great communication with host. Lots of lovely extra touches, wine, breakfast goodies, beautiful linen & extremely comfy beds. Overall a lovely place to stay- would definitely recommend & would definitely stay here again. Thanks William!

Just a ten minute walk to the CBD through tree-lined streets, this spacious property was perfect for three friends keen to explore the city’s cultural life.

Couldn't fault this place and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay. Great location (walking distance to the city centre) and very easy to find. House is super clean with flowers and red wine on arrival a nice touch. Beds are comfortable and clean. We had 3 adults and 2 children (11 and 14) and had enough space for us all. Sheridan towels in the bathroom as well as body wash, soap and shampoo and conditioner. Heaps of toilet paper too! The kitchen is very well equipped with much appreciated supplies after a long travelling day. Supplies include coffee, tea, sugar, eggs, milk (as in fresh milk), bread, butter, breakfast condiments (honey, vegemite etc) and even some little packets of cereal. There is also basics such as salt and pepper and some oil. There is laundry powder for you if you need to do some washing. 2 car spaces allocated. Host communicates well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and if we come back to Canberra again for a holiday we will be sure to see if this place is available to stay. Thank you William for making our stay comfortable and hassle free.

We had a wonderful time in Canberra visiting all the usual places and the great location of this house made it easy to come home for lunch. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and the thoughtful touches - flowers, wine, breakfast items - made it more special. Our host checked in to ensure we had all we needed. Would highly recommend for families or groups planning a trip to Canberra.
