This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience. Bliss and Tonic Down, located in Bradenton Beach, is a light, newly remodeled two bedroom two bathroom vacation getaway that will sleep six. It is nestled between beautiful Anna Maria Sound and the turquoise Gulf waters. Enjoy the entire spacious lower floor of the two unit condo. There is a deck with a pass thru window from the kitchen where you can enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. Or just relax the day away, have a meal or read a book all while overlooking the bay. Bliss and Tonic Down is a beautiful retreat featuring an open living and dining area with a fully equipped remodeled kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. There is a 55” flat screen television in the living room, a 32” flat screen television in the master bedroom, a 24” flat screen television in the guest bedroom that can be used to stream hundreds of channels. The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a full size and a twin sized bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. There is plenty of off street parking. Enjoy your time at this vacation home away from home. There is a gas grill shared between the two units. Bliss and Tonic can be rented together for larger groups. Excellent shopping, dining and entertainment are all conveniently located throughout our seven miles of paradise. You can catch the free Anna Maria Island Trolley within one block from this home to explore everything there is to offer, whether it is down to Historic Bridge Street or all the way to the north end to Pine Avenue. Bliss and Tonic Down has everything you need and will surely bring you back year after year. Parking is limited to three vehicles. This property is a one week minimum rental. Not a pet friendly rental Bliss and Tonic offers a 5% military discount. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We had a relaxing and wonderful time. The unit was well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. It was a quick walk to beach and bay for amazing sunrises and sunsets. But the wraparound deck… amazing for hanging outside in the evening! This unit has a pass through window from kitchen to deck so you didn’t have to haul plates and platters through the living area. Plenty of beach related items available for use. Great place to stay!

Great location! Only a short walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so you are tucked away from the traffic and noise. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Beach chairs and wagon are provided for guests so that’s a plus. You won’t be disappointed.

The place was awesome. Clean and like bran new. 3 minutes walk to the beach, great deck off the living room and the bed was more comfortable then mine at home. Comunication was top notch with the management, We will definitely be back again. One of our best stays yet!

Property was as advertised. House was clean, well stocked and only 2 blocks from the beach! AC worked great, covered parking, beach chairs provided. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for a Mothers Day weekend. The home was clean and well equipped. It has a great deck to sit out in the mornings and evenings. We watched a movie with our friends and it was super comfortable. We walked 2 small blocks to the beach and was close to all restaurants. More importantly, we were away from traffic as they are doing construction further down the road. I would say this is a perfect little getaway!

This was a great property and the owners were quick to respond and very helpful. We did not have to contact the property managers. The only downside was the family staying in the upstairs unit bc we heard every footstep they took.

Overall a Good Place to Stay

We rented this property because our sister-in-law and her family were renting on Bradenton Beach. Not the type of place we usually rent when we go to Florida. It has everything needed for a week's stay. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and towels. Unfortunately, many of the dishes and silverware were dirty. The deck and the deck furniture need a good cleaning.The chairs on the deck are filty!!
