Our charming 2 BR/ 2Bath condo is a brand new to the rental market.

The property is in the Bradenton Beach area of Anna Maria Island. Beach is right across the street with deeded access.
The pool is the largest heated pool on the island. Fitness center has newer equipment.
There is a fishing pier which also works as a great way to enjoy beautiful views of the Anna Maria sound.
Free trolley stop is right in front of the property. Washer/dryer in unit.

The second floor unit was very appointed with all the latest finishes and appliances.The buildings in this complex have been upgraded with new exterior wall finishes, new stairs and railing and new landscaping and lawns were just installed before our arrival.The windows in the bedrooms should have room-darkening shades and the sidelite at the entry door should have privacy blinds installed. The sink faucet in the Primary Bedroom should be replaced with a spigot to direct the water stream away from the granite countertop. The water pressure in that sinks needs a plumbers look-see. The furniture in the unit is very nice, as is the wall surfaces of the rooms. Colorful artwork is abundant in all the rooms. Doors should be installed at the HVAC unit so as to minimize the noise generated when that unit comes on.In all, we were very happy with our week-long accomdations and certainly recommend that to future renters.

Unit was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and nicely decorated. Body was responsive and ready to help if needed.

The washer did not work, and the hot water heater was not set at a shower temp. No showers for us when we arrived. A tech came the on sunday evening to fix the water heater. We arrived Thursday. The bed pillow are very yellow and dirty. There are electrical plate covers missing also. I wouldn't have advertised as newly remodeled because it was not in good shape.
