Very good valued for this accommodation at 2 minutes from the Airport line’s subway.
With a kitchen and a balcony, also, we did appreciate to have a washing machine to do our laundry.
Convenient store close by, and a very nice café 50m from the hotel.
As well as an Izakaya.
Could have provided some tea bags 😉

Great location that's close to both Hakata JR station and the airport. A couple of great eateries nearby so if you've just arrived and nackered you'll find a good izakaya (our own "taverna") just across the road.
The wear and tear is visible. It was my 3rd time staying here and the facilities are clearly getting older and unclean.

The room was very clean. It smells fresh and clean. The appliances were very new and they worked very well. The AC was quick to cool the room despite the extreme heat outside the room. The cooking and eating utensils were complete and top quality. The toilet and bath were both very clean. There were free toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton pads and cotton buds. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were from an expensive top brand. The towels smell good. There was detergent provided for the washer. Great location. Very close to the airport. Unmanned nevertheless, the check-in process was quick and simple.
There was no free coffee and/or complimentary water. But it's ok because there is a Maxvalu express right across the hotel and a Family Mart about 200m away.

Good for an overnight stay, wouldnt feel as comfortable for a longer period of time.
On booking the room it wasnt clear that one person would have to sleep on the floor, so it was disappointing.
