Location - easy to walk around Hakata

Nice location and staff were friendly.
We just need to get use to the Japanese style of bed and how hard they are. A little bit of a culture shock from our fluffy European beds.

The location is superb! We booked this hotel because we had an early shinkansen schedule going to Osaka. This is just few mins walk to Hakata station and they had free coffee/ snacks during your stay. There were restaurants, conbinis nearby. We had a triple room which we felt super tight that we could bump into each other đ but location is unbeatable. They also clean the room everyday. They have coin laundry and vendo on the 2nd floor as well as ice maker which were so helpful when we went there during summer. The staff were nice and we had a pleasant stay despite the room size in which we don't really mind. All in all, I still recommend this if you want a hotel near Hakata station. I booked this because only few hotels offers triple room with 3 single beds and this hotel checked off that list.
The room was super tight for a triple room size. Beds were literally next to each other with tight spaces to walk in between the spaces. Opening medium size luggages for 3 persons was really challenging so if you have large suitcases, that could be much difficult.

Hotel room is clean and the location is good
A bit out-dated, no security control on the access of the hotel rooms floor. Also there is no daily make up/tidy of bed which makes it odd for a hotel without such services
