Welcome! Located in one of the best locations to enjoy Austin, this modern downtown 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom oasis featuring a pool and over-sized hot tub is ideal for families and groups of up to 12. We are just minutes to Lake Austin, 6th street, and Town Lake, making it the perfect property to enjoy an adventurous vacation or a relaxing getaway. Nothing was spared in the construction of this modern chalet. The open floor plan offers a gourmet kitchen, dining table, bar with bar chairs, luxury modern furnishings, and a large living area with sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor entertainment area which features a firepit and speakers. It is equipped with whole-house audio, high-speed WiFi, expanded cable TV with sports and movie packages, and internet-connected Samsung 4K TVs with Netflix, Amazon Video and top movie apps. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a Samsung WiFi TV, full bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and oversized walk-in closet. The flex space at the end of the hall offers three twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests, and the upstairs living area has a full size sleeper sofa. The two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, full size closets and full bathroom with tub, shower and double vanity. The serene outdoor entertainment area features a pool, oversized hot tub and a large fire pit, perfect for gathering around on those cooler Austin nights. You will have everything you need to relax with your family or entertain friends, including Bocce ball, ladder golf, Corn Hole, beer pong, board games and more. In addition, enjoy a 2 car garage and extra free parking on the side streets. We offer premium amenities, including shampoo, soaps, paper products and hotel-quality towels and linens. Guests have access to the entire house, a 2 car garage and a private backyard with an over-sized hot tub and pool. We offer digital locks, controlled via a unique code which will be provided to you. After securely booking your reservation online we will send you everything you need, so you can begin enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive. The home features a digital door lock allowing you to use your unique code to enter. You can request an early check-in / late check-out for a nominal fee (see below) which we are happy to arrange when possible. We are local and will be there to help whenever needed. You will also have access to our 24/7 digital communication system, where you can make requests and ask questions. Located in one of the oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods in Downtown Austin, this home was newly built in 2019. Beautiful trees line the common drive, and a private wall circles the yard and pool, giving this downtown Austin home a secluded feel in the middle of it all. Our property is just minutes to popular destination spots including Lake Austin, 6th St, Town Lake, the Frank Erwin Center, UT football and baseball stadiums, and the hike/bike trail. Enjoy the best of Austin eats just south of us, including Mangia Pizza, Maudie’s Tex Mex, Magnolia Cafe, Deep Eddy Saloon, Jeffreys, Cipollina, Zocalo Cafe, Cafe Medici, Galaxy Cafe and famous Hula Hut Tex Mex, Enjoy the best of downtown Austin via walking, car, cab or shared ride services. Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Early Check-in Options Standard Check-in time is 4 PM 12 PM: $153 2 PM: $91.80 Late Check-out Options Standard Check-out time is 10 AM 12 PM: $91.80 2 PM: $153 Pet Policy: Bring your furry friend along for your stay at our pet-friendly property, for just $75 per night, per pet. General Policies: After securing your reservation we will send you a link to your personal boarding pass, which includes a rental agreement, verification, and the option to choose either a damage waiver or a security deposit. Once you have approved and signed the rental agreement you’ll have access to Check-in instructions and other important information about your stay. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 without a parent or legal guardian. Additional guests pay a per-guest, per-day fee and must be under the total allowed by the Austin City Ordinance. The property does not operate as a venue--events and parties are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Guest count and pets will be monitored through our exterior security cameras, so please make sure to accurately disclose. Undisclosed additional guests will be charged $500 per night per additional guest. Undisclosed pets or additional pets will be charged $200 per night per pet We know things can happen during your stay, and for this reason, we are happy to offer our guests options when it comes to damage protection. The first is a non-refundable "peace-of-mind" damage deposit of $105.93 per reservation. The second is a fully refundable damage deposit starting at $2000 per reservation. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 without a parent or legal guardian. Additional guests pay a per-guest, per-day fee and must be under the total allowed by the City of Austin Ordinance. The property does not operate as a venue, events, and parties are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the premises. The property IS pet friendly. Please note: there is a 1-time fee of $100 per pet / per night. This fee does not include any damages your pet causes–if you do not select to pay for your pet(s) during checkout you must do so prior to checking in. There is a penalty of $200 per night per pet for not registering your pet prior to your stay. Please keep pets in crates when you leave our home. We stayed for one night, but the home had everything we needed. For being a home within reach of Downtown Austin, the garage was able to fit a Chevy Suburban and a Honda Pilot! The home was nicely furnished and comfortably hosted a large family.

This was so disappointing and I will have a hard time doing a long term rental with VRBO again. When I arrived there was: food in the drawers, dirty dishes, linens not washed, not the correct size linens for the beds, the shampoo and conditioners were spilled all over the bathroom drawers, the blinds didn't cover the windows, the A/C broke, the vacuum cleaner broke, and the bed frame for the King bed in the master was completely broken, and so on and so on. I even had them come by to fix some drywall because I was going to be there for a while and it was a total half done job and they left dust EVERYWHERE in my kitchen. The property manager was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of and literally never responded. The owner finally got involved, and that helped marginally.
I am a very reasonable person, but I paid 4 Seasons prices for 50 days and I got a motel 6. It was a difficult stay.

Overall very happy with our entire stay. The location was great for a fun girls weekend in ATX. The "pool" is on the much smaller than expected size but nice for a quick dip or maybe if you have young kids. Communication with property management was great & home felt very spacious. Happy with our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Tarrytown. The location could not have been better - great neighborhood, everything was within a 15 minute drive, Lake Travis was just 30 minutes away. Brooks and the property manager, Aidan, were both super responsive, replying quickly to any questions or requests we had. Lots of space for two families and the pool was a great addition! The pool and hot tub are connected - and both are on the smaller side. It was great for our young kids, but a bit crowded with 4 adults and 4 kids all in the pool at the same time. While the decor was cool, there was minimal seating in the main area. Otherwise, we had everything we needed, and the owner and property manager brought anything additional as soon as requested it. Highly recommend this property, we had a great time!

Great location, great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this property in Tarrytown. The location could not have been better - great neighborhood, everything was within a 15 minute drive, Lake Travis was just 30 minutes away. overall a great stay. the management company was quick to respond to a few issues that we encountered upon arrival, which they attributed to not having enough time to turnover the home from a prior renter who had been there for a month… which i’m not sure is a good excuse for leaving loose ends open, given that there was no rent adjustment for our stay (like i don’t really care what happened before we arrived, it’s your job to ensure quality service for every guest, especially at these rates).
that said, it’s a solid property, well designed and well contracted with good central location to the best of what austin offers. we really enjoyed the pool with our little one (9 months old).
traffic on enfield is consistently heavy, and you can definitely hear it in the house and in the pool area, but the tarrytown neighborhood one street behind it is very quiet and very pleasant. it’s a 20 minute walk down to the lake austin waterfront with mozart’s coffee and the hula hut, two great choices for waterfront coffee and local tex mex.

Great stay
Overall, great place for a fun extended weekend in Austin. Plenty of room and the hot tub and pool were amazing. Easy check in. Only downside was it was not entirely spotless, a couple broken pieces of furniture, and you can not leave through the front door as you are unable to lock it behind you.

Perfect venue for a girls weekend
We had the best time staying at Brooks' place! The home was very clean and the upscale/modern vibes set the tone for a perfect weekend with the girls. It's in a great location - close to restaurants and bar - and the pool was a great touch with the Austin heat! A few items were broken when we got there but we communicated immediately to Brooks and he was quick to respond.

We loved our stay at Tarrytown! The home was modern yet very comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were a great touch. We would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to be back one day.

Overall we loved the house.. it was very clean and modern.. definitely suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties.. not too far from downtown Austin. We would definitely come back and rent again.

Broken Furniture Upon Arrival
My best advice for booking this property is to perform a walkthrough with the property manager upon arrival. We were provided a broken coffee table, and despite documentation of the furniture already being broken, they are attempting to charge us. The table was barely standing, and whoever booked the property for the weekend of our stay would have had this issue. Not having a table for the weekend was frustrating, but we were able to make due.
Other than the issues mentioned above, the house was lovely and the location was perfect to access everything in Austin.

Very accommodating and a great space
At first I was a little nervous about booking this space because of a negative review from a previous guest mentioning how they were being loud and facing repercussions. I booked this space for my 25th birthday and invited a large group of friends. While most of us are well behaved, it’s easy to get too loud unintentionally. This ended up being no problem and anytime we hit a certain volume while in the pool or hanging outside at night I would receive a text notification warning. In short, noise/volume isn’t as subjective as it typically would be and it’s easier to monitor ourselves/respect the neighbors.
The location itself was great. No more than 10 minutes to rainy or 6th street which was nice since we had to call multiple Uber’s.
The home itself was beautiful, had a lot sleeping space, and had quality furnishing. Great surround sound. We would leave the back door open while in the pool and could hear it well and at night before the bars we would shut the sliding door and we were able to play music pretty loud inside. It was my first time in Texas and it was great to have a pool there. Only thing I would change is making laundry detergent accessible since we went through the towels so quickly.
The communication at the beginning of the trip wasn’t very clear because I hadn’t received a link to sign the contract and when I did, I was only looking for emails from vrbo not a rental company. Once that was all squared away there were no issues and communication was great. The host even let me add two people late that I knew would be coming over frequently during my stay.
Overall I would recommend staying here to any group of people I know! Great space, solid communication, easy checkout instructions, and as long as you and ur guests are respectful of volume at night you’ll be good!

Fantastic location, solid house
Location is truly amazing. Seems to be 5 minutes away from everything. Is such a great point to explore Austin.
The only con is some of the furniture was falling apart (end table leaning, broken lamp, big bedroom walk in shower had door installed wrong ). Small stuff. Looks like an Ikea demo house. But the cleanliness and location was top notch.
Pool is small, but really nice. In fact, the outside area, while small, is really nice and comfortable. Plenty of beds and the triple bunk bed was a big hit.

This property is beautiful. 3 bedrooms and a room with 3 bunks which makes it great for larger groups. Everything is so nice and cIean. The pool with hot tub attached are so lovely. We had a great time relaxing and hanging out at the pool. I highly recommend this property for people staying in the Austin area. We were a short Uber ride away from everything.

Fabulous stay
This property is beautiful. 3 bedrooms and a room with 3 bunks which makes it great for larger groups. Everything is so nice and cIean. The pool with hot tub attached are so lovely. Will never stay here again
Instead of feeling relaxed I was stressed out the whole time. We got noise complaints, neighbor came over recording and invading our privacy since our windows are all glass and all she wanted us to do was to lower the volume which we did. She also filled a police report and accused us for crashing into her fence when we didn’t even have a car we drove a van that we parked elsewhere. Host was not nice and called me pissed of without hearing our side of the story. He assume we had trashed the house which was not the case. After that we just didn’t enjoy our stay anymore. Host still owes me money because I payed to checkout at a later time and he said we couldn’t so he told me he would return some of the money back which he hasn’t and he does not reply to my messages at all. He is so unreliable. Point is we had a bad experience and will never stay here again or recommend anyone with a large party who is looking to have a few drinks and listen to some music to stay here either. My family and I were really disappointed.

Nice short getaway
Love the home and the kitchen was awesome. It was great location easy in and out around town. Loved coming back to the home and going to the pool to relax and reflect.
