Located on the banks of the San Miguel River and just a few steps away from chair lift 7 is Lulu Luxe, a contemporary condominium with space for six. Lulu Luxe has a bright and clean design, and its recently remodeled finishes are sleek yet welcoming. The complex amenities include a shared summertime swimming pool, a year-round relaxing hot tub, and a grilling area. From your door, you’ll be able to walk to the Galloping Goose bus stop, several local-favorite restaurants and pubs, a stroll along the rushing river, or an afternoon of shopping downtown. The LIVING AREA at Lulu Luxe is sleek and open, with high ceilings, lots of natural sunlight, and a pristine white finish. A dove gray sofa and leather armchair sit in front of the large, sunny windows and face the flatscreen HDTV. A few vibrant throw pillows and wall art pieces add just the right pop of color to the soothing, minimalist design, while the high ceilings add a feeling of spaciousness. The KITCHEN is completely open to the living area and offers a seamless, convenient layout for your group. Clean white shaker cabinets are illuminated by modern, artistic pendant lamps and topped with gorgeous quartz countertops. Premier, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances include a large refrigerator and an electric range with a sleek vent hood. There’s also a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. Guests can sit at the peninsula bar or the dining table while sipping their morning mug of coffee and nibbling on warm blueberry muffins. There’s also a small cafe table underneath the staircase. There are two bedrooms on the main level at Lulu Luxe. The first bedroom is the PRIMARY SUITE, which includes a sumptuous queen-size bed and an HDTV. The ENSUITE BATHROOM has a step-in shower and a quartz-topped vanity. The GUEST BEDROOM features a king-size bed and an HDTV, while another FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway. Back in the living area, a staircase leads up to the SLEEPING LOFT, where you’ll find two twin-size beds, each with bedside tables and reading lamps. With the sparkling San Miguel River right outside your door and chair lift 7 just a short walk away, it would be hard to find a more perfect Telluride location than Lulu Luxe. Perched on the quieter, western edge of town, you’ll have the peace and quiet you crave while still being close to nearly everything you travel to Telluride to enjoy. Condo was in a great location - very easy to get to the 7 lift and hop on the Galloping Goose to get into town. Very well equipped with everything you need to cook, including spices, olive oils, etc. Working with the management company was easy, especially when dealing with another guest parking in our spot. Pool-hot tub was great, layout of the condo worked really well for our family as well. Only downfall was the constant smell of marijuana from another condo. Was strongest on the lower level.

Nice place with a well stocked kitchen. Location is good and walkable to most of town.
We had an issue with our parking spot being occupied. Property manager got us connected with an alternative spot.
Only recommendation would be to install additional normal deadbolts. There are 3 total doors into the condo, all electronic key pad control. Those work great for access but are not intuitive for locking from inside, and no deterrent for young kids.

This is a great place. Location is ideal from my perspective with easy access to town on foot or via the shuttle. Easy walk to the gondola with kiddos. The place itself had what we needed.

Location is about 10 min walk to the center of town or gondola. Both bedrooms are downstairs, only 1 of them has a bathroom. The other bedroom will use the one upstairs on the main floor. We enjoyed staying here.

The property was exactly as described, very nice and clean, the lower entry doors were a plus, walking distance to and from lift 7, kitchen was stocked with lots of extras. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our family
This is a great place for a family with teens! The condo was super clean, had a great location just across the street from Lift 7 (so convenient!) and the loft with 2 twin beds was a huge plus! We had a GREAT time in Telluride!!! We would stay here again. I will say that, although it was not an issue for our family, the arrangements the two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs could be an issue for others. The queen bedroom has the en-suite bathroom. The king bedroom technically has access to a full bathroom from a hallway, just like the property description says. BUT the hallway is a set of stairs and the bathroom is accessed by going up/down the stairs. So if going up/down stairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom is an issue , then this is not your place. It was fine for us because of the ages in our group, but I can see it being an issue for other groups.
Our only big complaint was that the smell of pot was HORRIBLE in the evenings. The master bedroom and bathroom smelled so bad and the smell was so strong! We contacted the property management company and they provided an air filter, but it did nothing. I’m not sure that anything could have done because it was coming through the vent system in that downstairs bathroom. And, technically pot is legal in CO. However, I was confused because there was a sign posted on the building that said there was no smoking of any kind allowed in the building. Property management company tried to help, just not sure there was a fix on this issue.

The only bummer was that the pool and hot tub were closed for construction and were not aware of that until we arrived but it did not dampen the weekend. We look forward to returning to Telluride in the near future, and feel amazing after an extraordinary weekend in the Rocky Mountains!

Great condo
We had a great stay! We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed but understand this is due to COVID. The condo could use a few more dishes - we had to run the dishwasher after almost every meal to have enough for the next one. Otherwise it was great! Fantastic location.

We liked staying here because of the location- close to the walking path along the river!
We had one issue with the kitchen faucet that wouldn’t work without batteries so we had to go out and buy some before we could use it- my only suggestion would be to have spare batteries provided for your guests.

We have stayed in the LuLu complex several times because we love the location. This one is our favorite. It was recently renovated and is perfect for a family!

Clean, recently renovated condo close to town
We had a fabulous week in Telluride. We loved the location of the unit. The condo is right next to the path that is a short walk or bike into town. My daughter loved the pool. The unit has been remodeled and was beautiful. Just like the pictures. It's 2 bedrooms with a loft. Our kids enjoyed staying in the twin beds in the loft. On the listing it says the beds in the bedroom are kings. They are queens. Not a big deal, but need to update that information. Additionally, the bed in the 2nd bedroom is very hard, so much so that no one could sleep on it. The management copy made check-in and check-out seamless. One time we accidentally locked ourselves out and they were quick to respond to help us.

Comfortable condo
Designed with care this is a beautiful condo to walk into. The ingress and egress of the property is a bit challenging many doors and stairs to get to the door. And common areas not inspiring but.... Once you are unloaded it’s wonderful. Great light and the they went to great lengths to decorate. Location was outstanding. We enjoyed our 5 night stay here.

Great Weekend
The property is freshly remodeled, and everything is very clean. The property manager was responsive when the toaster was broken, and they concierge service was also quite helpful. My only suggestion would be to let guests know that the parking garage has very low clearance, and a car with a car top carrier for skis will probably not fit in the parking garage. We drive a minivan with a small carrier, and we barely fit into the garage. We could not open the carrier once we were in the garage. We had to remove the carrier to access our skis, and then put it back on the car. Additionally the listing states that the bedrooms have king beds, but the beds are definitely not king beds. They are queens and it was a tight squeeze! We have four giant teenagers, and we had to use the couch because two of them would not fit in one bed in the second room. Thankfully we were able to use the couch!
