Sea Oats E103 is DOG friendly! This low-density complex features: private beach access, fishing docks, boat slip, boat launch, multiple pools (2) large main pools, 2 kiddie pools & BBQ grills. ***This property is DOG friendly; however, you must notify the staff that you are bringing your dog along with you. We require an additional dog fee of $150.00 to cover the extra cleaning. Two dogs allowed up to 40 pounds.*** Sea Oats E103 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1250 sq. ft. condo is located in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Two (2) Parking Passes are included with this rental. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Two (2) Twins Sleeper Sofa in Living Room The Sea Oats Condominiums are located on west beach in beautiful Gulf Shores, AL. Relax on the white sand beaches or spend the day boating and fishing on the Little Lagoon. This low-density complex features: private beach access, fishing docks, boat slip, boat launch, multiple pools (2) large main pools, 2 kiddie pools) & BBQ grills. This property is located in building E on the first floor. It comfortably sleeps up to 6! King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin Beds in the guest bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The private balcony has a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances, cookware, & dishes you will need to prepare meals during your vacation. This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. • PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Cons:
- Mildewy smell in bathrooms
- Drains slow to empty
- Water kept appearing on kitchen floor -- couldn't find source
- 2 really big roaches visited us
- Flimsy shower liner with hooks that didn't slide
- Unit could use a deep clean -- something sticky on refrigerator handle, odd stains on toilet lid, grout a bit grungy

We enjoyed the condo, but the pricing is misleading. So many fees, they were probably twice, if not more than the cost of the condo. Not sure if it was worth it.

Great location and friendly atmosphere. Back balcony was great. Staff was great. Had an issue with ice maker leaking but no big deal to us as maintenance came quickly and it was fixed. Master bed very comfortable, but twin beds were a little on the uncomfortable side. Gave 4 star rating and would probably rent again if need be

We had a BLAST at Sea Oats. Beautiful condo on the sound offers everything you need. Clean, comfortable and quiet place.

This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your trip. It's a home away from home! It is so close to the beach and a quick walk to the pier for fishing. The pools are really nice and clean. They are big and seldom over crowded. This is one of our favorite places to stay.

The property was ok but could stand updating. Absolutely NO water pressure in master bath sink and NO water pressure in hall bath tub/shower. We traded back and forth depending if it was bath time or handwashing time. Carpet is stained and kitchen floor needed cleaning.

The property was nice. Location was perfect. There was some construction going on. Looked like they were beginning to paint exteriors which is needed. The pool was nice. Only complaint was pool was not maintained grass and sand all in pool. Needs a pool company to service. Our unit was nice the hallways to the unit were dark and smelled terrible carpet needs replaced sour smelling. Our unit interior was tastefully decorated. The living room furniture was very worn and needs replaced. Unit could use some updated furniture. Wash clothes worn and stained need replaced. Overall it’s a Nice spacious unit very quiet. We enjoyed the trip.

Property was fine Except the tubs in the master shower had No grip to keep you from falling. I fell & hit my head. We bought a shower grip mat & it was better. This is definitely an issue the owner needs to fix before someone really gets hurt. I made the property manager aware.

Honestly, for how expensive it was… NOT worth the $! The online description was embellished at best. First, be prepared to not have the beach view as it would appear online. Space wise, it was perfect for what we needed. However, owner/management took the cheap way out in terms of necessary supplies so be prepared there as far as toilet paper, paper towels, they didn’t even have dish soap. The ONE roll of toilet paper they provided was thinner than a sheet of paper. Painful actually. The biggest disappointment came from beach ball properties and the condos HOA. While “indisposed”, changing to get ready for a family activity, we were surprised to find 2 of the HOA’s maintenance men coming into “fix a leak”, that didn’t even exist in OUR unit. As I’m walking down the hallway (they didn’t know I was standing there)… I heard one of them who said his name was mike lee, call my husband an A-hole. Once I spoke up about it and called him out, he laughed and tried to deny it, then finally said “yea!! I called him an A-hole!!” (Of course my husband came across that way… we had younger children in there and 2 strange men cutting into the bathroom wall without any notice!!) he then laughed in my face again, towering over me and called me a “B word”. We had to leave. Upon return, they had left a massive hole above the toilet and roaches came through all over the floor! I wish I could post the pictures… I was mortified! I had contacted beachball properties as soon as we had to leave for the day. They claimed to have NO knowledge of a leak, no record of one reported, they contacted the owners and even they weren’t aware of it. Later on, we drove to the beachball office…. You would expect them to make it right, right? Instead, it was a slap in the face to leave us a $10 gift card to Tacky Jacks. That doesn’t even cover an appetizer.
The pool was amazing though… so we had that going for us.
Oh, and if you book here, make sure you get the top condo… we were on the bottom and heard every single step from people above us. The walls are also paper thin… I could hear every single thing from the back master bedroom that was happening all the way from the kitchen/living room.
The condo itself is decorated very nicely… but as far as management, I would give them a negative rating if I could. I was very disappointed in how we were treated. For the insane amount we spent for 5 days… they should have made it right and had better customer service attitudes for renters.

Property was older then pictures lead on, but the condo its self was very clean. The large pools were nice, but the "kid poo" was a small hottub with the seat taken out, so it made it awkward to get in, it was also pretty small. Check in was very easy. The picnic and grill area was cute and convenient.

Good location to avoid spring breakers. Short walk to beach. Unit was well equipped. A negative: WiFi is really bad, will not stay connected in unit even if you don’t move about. We had to use our own data.

This was a very nice place very clean place to stay. There was two problems one was the air conditioning and the heating . I do believe that the heating and air-conditioning was controlled by the owner with their phones. Not by the thermostat. We were either freezing to death or it was so hot you couldn’t sleep. The second problem do not use this place if you have to have the Internet. The Internet is the worst I have ever experienced and most likely will not go back because of that. You get kicked off every time you turn around and if you leave the house with your phones you have to reconnect over and over again.

This was a very nice place very clean place to stay. There was two problems one was the air conditioning and the heating . This condo was easy to book, check-in was super simple, and the condo was clean and pictures were accurate. This condo is in the Sea Oats complex, and it is right on the Little Lagoon and right across the street from the beach. It is a perfect location, and my kids loved the very large pool! The only downfall for me is that the balcony faces the pool and not the lagoon, but it is still a nice view. This condo has a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and everything else you will need in the kitchen. There are also built-in hairdryers in both bathrooms and there was a tote of sand toys for the kids. Loved it and would definitely recommend this property to others. (Note: there was construction going on outside our condo throughout our stay, which prevented us from parking in the designated parking spot under our condo. However, we were able to park by the pool with no problem.)

Everything was great except that this place allows pets. That is fine but it needs to be cleaned like there was no animals before. I should’ve picked no pet place because there was dog hair all over the couch and rug that stuck to our baby when she crawled. I reported this to cleaning company. They said they would report it, I haven’t heard from the property company. Otherwise great stay.
