COASTAL TIDE CONDO at Sea Oats Condominiums on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores is a wonderful place to enjoy the beach and Little Lagoon. Get away from the stress of life and spend your time here for your next vacation! This affordable, beautifully decorated two bedroom/two bath condo has everything you need for your stay at the beach. The first floor condo in Building C at Sea Oats is directly across the street from the beach access boardwalk, so it's literally steps across the street and you are enjoying everything the Gulf has to offer.
The north-facing view from the balcony of the pool and Little Lagoon is spectacular. While you are here and if the timing is right you may get to see baby turtles hatching from their nests and journeying to the ocean! If you enjoy fishing, bring your gear for fishing on the Gulf and nearby Lagoon Pass.
You will love the spacious 1064 square feet to spread out and enjoy your stay. This is a freshly renovated condo with beautiful vinyl flooring and new furniture in the living room, along with a smart 50-inch TV as well as cable channels. Bring your Fire Stick or Roku device. A queen sofa sleeper adds more room for guests. There is a full-size washer/dryer set for your convenience. Wireless internet is provided in the unit.
This complex has 2 Olympic-size pools, a private boat launch, two fishing piers, and also a bbq grill gazebo area for your enjoyment. There is boat trailer parking, so bring your boats/jet skis/kayaks for maximum fun. You will also have assigned covered parking under the building. It's a great place to bring your family, friends, and pets and enjoy everything Gulf Shores has to offer.
Sea Oats is a short drive down West Beach Boulevard away from the hustle and bustle of the high rises and crowds but has everything you need for a memorable vacation.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and a large TV and a sliding door to the balcony. The newly renovated adjoining bath is spacious with a full walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV and also has access to the balcony. The second bathroom is directly across the hall and also has a full tub/shower for your family or friends. The second bathroom has also been recently renovated.
The kitchen has all the amenities you need, including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. You will feel like you are at home, and we know you will enjoy your stay here.
The condo comes furnished with bath towels, bed linens, and a selection of starter supplies. Please bring your own beach towels.

This unit in Sea Oats is fantastic! The view of the pool and bay are the best in the complex. Everything you could want was found in the unit. We have stayed in many rentals and this one provided more necessities than any other. In one minute you can be sitting on the beach or playing in the pool. Our pup loved the walking paths and grounds. The owner was very responsive and even allowed us an early check-in! We highly recommend staying here! We will definitely return!

As mentioned in the many reviews of this property, the beach is directly across the street. There was never a problem crossing the street due to traffic. When coming off the beach there were 2 water hoses allowing you to rinse off sand before going back to the unit. We were able to leave our wagon, chairs, umbrella and cargo carrier outside in the parking area without anyone bothering them (many others did the same thing). The unit was just as pictured in the photos. As a family of 3 with 2 Ipad's, 3 iPhones and a couple of streaming devices we found the internet connection wasn't able to support (it was 3g rather than 5g) all of them. By no means did this put a damper on our stay. The host was quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The rental was very clean! It was also nicely kept up on the inside and outside!! If anything could be changed, I would want the carpet in the bedrooms to be removed. I would highly recommend!

Overall good place. Good location but not breathtaking view. Reasonable prices. Easy walk to Gulf beach. It is clean. No shampoo or soap in shower. Annette very easy to reach and very efficient on all the paperwork and emails.
Negative was free WiFi. It isn’t free and is complex if you want to use it. You have to use your phone data plan to open up your browser to sign in so you’re using your data plan to use their WiFi. If you have a iPad without a data plan you can’t open a browser to get on the WiFi.
