El sofá y el sillón son muy incómodos, después de un día de ruta te apetece ver un poco la tele con comodidad.Con ese detalle sería 💯.

It was in a great location. Very close to the beach with its own path from the villa. Close to the local restaurants but also has its own as part of the complex which did great food.
When we got there the kitchen was full of ants which we had to deal with. We’re well aware that the little critters get in, but on the first day after it’s supposedly just been cleaned.
The beds were uncomfortable and only the living room and main bedroom had aircon. The overs had ceiling fans which only helped move the hot air around.

L'apartament és molt correcte. Espaiós i net. A 10 minuts en cotxe de Ciutadella. Personal atent i amable.
La cuina esta be però li falten alguns estris: varietat de ganivets, una gerra per aigua i forn.
Els lavabos no tenen sabó de mans (Si a la dutxa)

Property was clean inside despite having cockroaches and very close to shops and restaurants
In a very run down area opposite closed down shopping complex etc. filthy, smelly, overflowing communal bins. Pool area was run down with pipes sticking out of the grass being a tripping hazard around the pool and loungers uncomfortable. The listing showed In Writing and on pictures that there would be an oven in the property but when we arrived there was none. Girls on reception were sweet and tried to help but told us we needed to message a WhatsApp group. To which we were gaslit and told that ovens were taken off the listing over a year ago but we have screenshots of the listing stating otherwise as a last minute booking and pictures are still showing ovens in the kitchens. The pool itself was kept clean and was not too busy. We didn’t use the hire car our entire stay as parking was very difficult to find. Very close to a bus stop with regular buses. Several cockroaches found in the villa.
