Perfect family base on a budget for a Balearic paradise surrounding area.

The villas, were adequate, beds were large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked. The location of the villas was perfect for us, everything was pretty much in walking distance. The swimming pool was clean but dated and grounds were quiet. The place needs a refurb, mini golf and table tennis tables were un-useable, but this is the economy we all live in. Personally and for our family, this place ticked all the boxes. If your looking for hi-end opulence then book a 5-star hotel. If your looking for a beautiful, peaceful, kid safe, family villas, basic but adequate to live in while you enjoy the 4 beaches, bars, restaurants and the rest of Cala en blanes district on a family budget then look no further.

I couldn’t fault it for what we paid. Like I said, repairs and maintenance required. But like I said the beds are large and comfortable. Air con works, kitchens are basic and could do with renewing. But for us as a family the positives far out way the negatives.

As other reviews say, the villas are basic but they are perfect for a couple, family or small group,

Nice outdoor seating areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean. Complex was calm and quiet. Bike rental very close.

Bed sheets did not fit bed correctly Kitchen was pretty understocked with cutlery and cooking implements. Living room furniture not very comfortable for hanging around.

Good space inside villa , nice grounds and pool and centrally located

Had stayed there several times previously but things are not as good as before. No changing of towels which were of poor quality anyway, or of bedding. Furniture damage and in need of repair or updating

Beach near the Hotel Manager at the Hotel was really friendly and supportive Accesses to Public transport was easy.

They left us to sleep outside

The apartment is correct and it has 3 bathrooms

We had some problems with the keys and they didn’t even want to solve it, there’s someone for emergencies to call, but he doesn’t want to leave his place, we don’t even know why he is at service, if he’s not willing to leave his house. We had to enter the property for a bathroom small window, that was of quite dangerous access, otherwise we would’ve had to sleep outside… The morning after we asked the receptionist (we saw her by chance because she was never present), to close the door with the spare key while we were getting our key back, she said no problem, but not only did she not close with the key, she opened and left the door wide open!!!!!!!! We also asked for the iron (that was supposed to be IN the listing), 3 times and we are still waiting for it. The staff was completely non existent.

location is god

Very, very poor, from communication to apartment.... Most probably the worse I ever experienced in my life (I travel at least 4 times per year). completely in degradation.. I don't recommend to none, independently of the budget..

The localization of villa yuca is just perfect. You can go to the beach or to the town very quickly. Moreover it is located not so far than one of the most beautiful and known Cala. I can also add that the personnel is very kind, smiling.

Cozy spacious accommodation near beautiful beach.

Spacious rooms, villas to accommodate up to 6 people, modern furniture, clean. Local small supermarket distant c. 1 min from the property, easy to get breakfast or snack. Nice beach 2 mins from the hotel.

Except only one or two, restaurants around the Els Delphines area are not that good. Not even a basic cleaning of the rooms, only changing of towels after 3 days - that becomes a bit annoying if you send more than 3 days. No fan in the bathroom to dry hair.

Super nice holidays!!

The location was just perfect, everything was close by, very convenient. We also loved that they accepted pets, our little dog loved to be there and play with other dogs all the time. Bruno was really nice with us and made all possible to make our days the most comfortable.

It’s a bit old and some little things didn’t work (like a light, the shower head...), but nothing necessary.
