The hotel’s location is exceptional. The view of the lake and the park surrounding the hotel are truly impressive.The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and everything you need for a satisfying meal.
The cleanliness around the slide could be improved. The stairs leading to the balcony could also be cleaner.
One downside is that there are no attendants supervising the water slides. However, despite this, the guests and children are careful, and everything seems to work well even without them.

Comfortable and clean rooms, plenty of space for a family of four with a great jacuzzi bath!
The restaurant (paying, not half board) was fantastic. Cheap and plenty of options for vegan/vegeterian.
Staff were brilliant, fantastic aqua park, pool and beach. Only issue was some of the floor areas in the aqua park were super slippy - it needs resurfacing!

Privite peacefully place around hotel . Stuff so polite and kind.
Aqua park is so gorgeous place with so fun to do but there weren’t well management on pool side to regulate bad behavior of people coming outside then hotels guest.
So crowded capacity and a lot of floaters in pool such to no space for swimming.
Hotels room refrigerator has 4 small bottles of water and 2 Coca-Cola’s we thinking is welcome drinks but of end they charged us 😃

Hotel very aged
Aqua park dirty, stairs to rides never cleaned. No available floaters to use on slides. Some staff at cafes rude and dismissive. A definite 3 star type hotel and way too expensive for what it is.
