Super clean, huge room, everything we needed was provided

Liked the location. Breakfast was regular American standard.
Housekeeping didn't arrive in spite of telling them we would like daily housekeeping. Breakfast was a repeat both days, a Lil change would have been nicer.

Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping in Wicker Park
Difficult to get into and not marked well so I wasn’t sure it was parking for the Hyatt

Breakfast staff wonderful and helpful
Kennedy staff (mixed). Server first night was great, 2nd night not allowed a drink on terrace due to staff shortages. Non hotel guests had been seated. Greeter was inept and out of depth and argued with surly server who couldn’t be bothered.
Next day when asked a question at lobby desk re another thing was greeted with total lack of empathy.
