The team is doing really great job the moment they meet you at reception till the checkout. At reception we were granted an upgrade, a room with better view and welcome fruits. Thank you Jahid for this. At restaurant the team is very welcoming and let us pay for the breakfast at a later time with no pushing although we forgot to include this into initial package. The maid was very friendly as well. The room was great, all the facilities were clean and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Baku City and will be happy to come again some day.

Washroom can be much better and all kits should be available shouldn’t be calling room services for each and every thing
