La ubicación es estupenda, estás al lado de todo. El apartamento es muy silencioso, puedes descansar muy bien.
Es un tercero sin ascensor, ojo. Te "obligan" a pagar un seguro por si hay algún desperfecto, te dan la opción de poner una fianza de 300€ y no tengo problema en pagarlo, soy responsable y trato bien los alojamientos, pero si les dices que revisen contigo el apartamento a la entrada y salida te dicen que no, entonces, ¿Quién asegura que no te imputen un desperfecto y se queden con la fianza?, no me parece correcto.

Tenía lo que necesitaba
Un poco cerrado y no muy ventilado pero mantuve al menos una ventana siempre abierta. Deben estar más pendientes del estado del inmueble, la puerta del cuarto principal sonaba mucho

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, keine 5 mins weg von Atocha, wo man Anschluß an alle Öffis hat.
Supermarkt, etc. ist in Gehdistanz
Daß es im Gebäude keinen Aufzug gibt wurde nicht vorher angekündigt - 3. Stock mit Koffern ohne Aufzug ist mühsam.

Bien ubicado, cómodo y limpio
Queda en un cuarto piso. Sin ascensor. Muy incómodo para maletas. Tuve un problema personal y no pude comunicarme con los responsables. Problema de atención al Cliente
