Contemporary and spotlessly clean hotel located near subway station

The apartment is well located- close to many restaurants, amenities and in a safe place. Almost all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. Irina was exceptional- she went out of her way to make our stay perfect. If there were any issues she did her best to resolve and remedy it to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We felt at home.
Only had some minor snags…. Firstly the place has no
Elevators.
Secondly On arrival from the airport the taxi driver dropped us off outside the building with all our luggage (7 bags) on the pavement. I went inside to ask the gentleman on duty at reception to send a porter or someone to assist bring our luggage inside. I was told there is no porter and I would need to do it myself. We were exhausted and hungry after travelling for over 25 hrs and now to be told there’s no one to help was extremely infuriating. Nevertheless I proceeded to bring my luggage into the building. After checking in and getting our room key (our room was located on the first floor- there’s approximately 10-12 steps, maybe even more, to climb in order to get to our room) I once again was told by the very same gentleman that we would need to carry our own bags upstairs as he is unable to do it as he has some leg problem. I took some of the lightweight bags upstairs and as I was about to go back down to fetch my other luggage I heard the owner Irina in reception and before you know it the gentleman downstairs is now quickly bringing up our bags to the room. Very bad first impression, however, the rest of our stay turned out to be excellent as there were different people on duty in reception for the rest of our stay and we did not have to encounter this particular gentleman for the rest of our stay. On departure there was another man on duty who was so helpful and refused that we carry any luggage. He even assured us in calling for a taxi. A big thank you to him.

We stayed at the hotel for about 3 weeks. The staff was lovely and kind. They helped us with everything we needed and always with a smile.
