Situated in Kitty Hawk, this attractive house for $210 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Amazing ocean views! Welcome to Sunrise to Sunset, our 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage located at MP 2.5 in Kitty Hawk! Ocean views from all 13 windows surrounding the great room! Very comfortable and bright cottage you are sure to enjoy, both inside and out. Very conveniently located across the street from the ocean and close to many great restaurants. This home has a great layout with lots of light and views of the water from every room. The front deck is the perfect morning spot to soak in the ocean views and beautiful sunrise. Use the back deck for sunset dinners or just laying out. And don't forget the hot tub! Plenty of off-street parking under the home as well as a storage room stocked with an extra refrigerator, umbrellas, beach cart and chairs, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, large outdoor shower, plus a gas grill, and a hammock! Main bedroom- King-size bed, full bathroom, SMART TV Bedroom 2 - Queen-size bed, dresser, SMART TV, DVD player Bedroom 3 - Twin over Full bunk bed and a futon, comfortably sleeps 4, flat-screen tv, DVD player, Apple TV Hall bathroom with tub and shower Great room includes plenty of seating with two full-size couches, ceiling fan, books, games, lots of DVDs and 50” SMART TV with Blu-ray DVD over the cozy (electric) fireplace Kitchen fully stocked with coffee pot as well as a Keurig, microwave, blender, and hall pantry. 2nd refrigerator recently added to utility room for additional cold storage. Large dining table for 8 plus more seating at the kitchen bar. Free high-speed internet with WiFi. Additional items provided for guests with small children: high chair, pack n play, as well as umbrella stroller. LINENS and TOWELS are NOT provided.

We've been coming to OBX several times a year since the pandemic started and we've finally found a house we'd definitely like to return to!
We loved the view of the ocean, the light sound of the waves, the kind and communicative host, the well appointed kitchen, the great board games and the perfect location. We'll definitely be back!

The house is clean, fully stocked with most items you need including beach gear, and is just steps to the ocean! We had a great time at the beach and hanging out at the house in the hot tub and nice backyard. It’s also close to everything in Kitty Hawk so there are plenty of restaurants and other activities. Our family loved the house and had an awesome trip!

This was our first trip to Outer Banks and there was much to see and do. We will be back! The house was PERFECT. Great location to the beach and sites. Beautiful home with everything we needed. Howard was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sunrise to Sunset! 💙☀️

Property is well cared for and was very clean upon arrival. Home has all that one needs, and more. Kitchen was well-appointed and even had martini, champagne and wine glasses. Many games and movies. Hot tub and fire pit were nice touches. Communications were good with owner. Comfortable, with ocean view. We will be back.

House is located in an ideal spot. You can hear and see the surf and the beach is right across the beach. Grocery stores, breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants are close by.
The house was well stocked. The communication from the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful getaway for my 2 friends and I! Beautiful spot and although the weather didn't co-operate for our 4 day stay, we had a great time exploring the area and enjoying our time in this well supplied and beautifully furnished cottage. Would highly recommend it! The hosts of this property go above and beyond any and all needs.

Kitchen is VERY well equipped and the living area offered several entertainment options. Close to everything in Kitty Hawk and KDH. Will book again for a small family gathering.

We had a wonderful stay at Howard's property. The place has a wonderful view and vibe and so many extras provided (pack n play for baby, kids beach toys, etc.). Howard was very responsive and hospitable. Would definitely stay again!

Five stars, across the board. If you are even considering, just hit the button, you will not regret it. The property was extremely neat and tidy, I would say even better than the photos. We brought a few specialty items from home that we thought we might need, but never unpacked them because the house had every tool and gadget you could possibly think of. The owners clearly love their house and take great care to make it comfortable for guests.
With all of the windows, the light in the house was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the front deck watching and listening to the waves. With two teens, we really appreciated that there was enough couch and lounging space for all 4 of us adult-sized people to stretch out and find a comfortable spot. Great DVD collection - we enjoyed exposing our kids to a few the old classics.
Communication with Howard was perfect - he clearly has the process down to science and always responded promptly and with great care. This made every step of the stay so easy.
Thank you for opening up your home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat when we make it back to the area.

Sunrise Sunset is the perfect set up for a family vacation. A pack n play, stroller, high chair, tons of beach toys, and an open concept living area was so helpful with two young kids. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the front deck was a great place to relax for tired parents. The hot tub was a huge hit with everyone. The home is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to some great restaurants. 3 minute drive to grocery stores and the perfect launch point for various OBX destinations. Howard is a generous, communicative host and the home is beautiful, clean, updated, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! Howard was an excellent host, the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and we felt right at home. Also, the sunrise was a perfect treat each morning! The beach was only a few minute walk and there was plenty of beach supplies in the utility room, if needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in OBX.

Fantastic House!
We loved how this house felt like a family’s home and not just a rental. There were so many personal touches throughout the home and it was obvious the owners care about it. We’re very picky about cleanliness and this house highly met our standards. The A/C kept us cool despite the heat wave that week. Close proximity to the beach is extremely important to us and it was only a couple minutes walk to the beach access. Everything we needed for the beach and home was available and there was literally nothing additional we wished the house had provided. Howard was super responsive and an awesome host. We highly recommend Sunrise to Sunset!!

Perfect getaway beach house
This is one of the best beach house we have ever stayed. Everything is clean and organized. The owner has beach stuffs and everything that let us fully enjoy days at the OB beach. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

Lovely relaxing property!
Everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach! The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. The 2 decks were perfect for shade and breezes during different parts of the day. Nice views from the deck and inside the house. A short walk to the beach and chairs and toys were a nice touch. This is one of the most comfortable houses we’ve vacationed in. I look forward to coming back!

Amazing Stay
What a beautiful home. It was a little chilly our first couple of days so the hot tub on the back porch was so nice. Watching the sunrise and set on the front porch and having easy access to the beach was perfect. Howard was so responsive and even gave us recommendations of where to eat and go for our very first trip to OBX. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect cottage with ocean views
Our family enjoyed our vacation stay in this wonderful cottage that is steps from the ocean. This place is nicely decorated and newly renovated. We love the modern new kitchen and layout of the place. The large living room had many sofas to lay around and the opens to large dining room and sitting area to view the ocean. The front porch had Spectacular views. Oh yeah, forgot about the hot tub and the beautiful sunset views in the rear porch to enjoy each evening. Thanks Howard

Spontaneous family getaway
We had a great time. The house was as described/pictured. The natural lighting in the great room and proximity to public beach access were superb. Checkin/access was effortless. Communication with the host before, during, and after our stay was excellent. Proximity to open stores/restaurants during off-peak season was very beneficial. Centrally located for exploring north (30 min to Corolla) and south (30 min to Bodie Island lighthouse or NC Aquarium).

The place was gorgeous and perfect for my group of 4. The property and neighborhood was the right amount of beach and home-feel! Howard was great and provided awesome reassurance (especially since we landed with a lot of high winds) despite the weather, it was a great vacation time! :)

Wonderful time
We were in town for a family wedding so we weren't at the house a whole lot but we had time to enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the deck each morning. Loved the location, within walking distance of great breakfast and dinner places as well as a two minute drive to a nice golf course. Overall a good value for the price.

We had a great time at this beach house. The house is across the street from the beach and there is a very nice view of the ocean from inside the house/ front deck. The walk to the beach access point is short and easy. The house was well equipped with everything you’d need (kitchen supplies, spices, grill, beach chairs and umbrella, and 2 bikes, etc). We stayed in late September and had good beach weather and hot tub weather at night. We did have 2 small adults sleep in the bottom bunk of the bunk beds and as one of those adults it wasn’t bad!
We’d definitely plan on coming back!
