This house is located in Downtown San Antonio and is a quick scooter ride, Uber/Lyft, or even a walk to all your favorite San Antonio locations! The Riverwalk, Pearl Brewery, Alamodome, SA Zoo, Museums, The Quarry, King William/Southtown are all very very close! The large backyard with patio table and grill are perfect for enjoying the great SA weather! This house comes equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full) as well as a pull out sofa (queen). It will comfortably sleep 8. There are two bathrooms with showers and all amenities necessary. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking at home but the location also provides for stellar dining out options. Wireless wifi is provided as well as a 55" TV in the main living area. There is also a 42" TV in the master bedroom. Both TV's are set up with YouTube TV for all your regular cable programs and live sports. Netflix and Amazon Prime are also available. Washer/Dryer also available onsite. On driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Any additional vehicles would need to be parked on the street. Multiple games and cards for the whole group to enjoy!

Cute house. Plenty of space for 6 (Adults and 17/18yo 'kids'). Well stocked kitchen in terms of plates/pots & pans/ cooking items. They had a mirror in the bedroom which is nice for allowing others to "getting ready" while bathroom is in use. Close to downtown/Riverwalk Area - about 5 minutes by car. The house is close enough to train tracks that super light sleepers could hear it at night. I don't know that I would walk to the Riverwalk from the property, however.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this great location. It’s convenient to all the things in San Antonio. They cover ALL things you could need & do so in full size. Plenty of paper products & soaps. They also have trash bags, seasonings, and even ziploc bags. Makes it so easy to enjoy your stay without having to go out and purchase these needed things. THANKS for a great stay & for truly covering everything we could need. Our large family had a great time!

The house was very clean, very comfortable, and within easy access to airport and all San Antonio attractions. My first visit to SA and would certainly visit again and at the same house. Everything was as stated on the web site. Thank you very much.

Clean and comfortable furniture we all slept well ( dog next did bark some) we played cards at dinning room table late into the night. Very close to all attractions. We felt safe and Blake even checked on us in bad weather . We had everything we needed to cook could have used a large skillet. Very very nice place great bargan for the price. Japanese tea garden is free and a must see, dinner at cappys was a great meal

My sister, mother and I traveled to San Antonio for the Love Life Women's conference. We couldn't have asked for a better location, more responsive host, or nicer house for our stay. We loved that everything was all on one level for my elderly mother. The ease of communication with the owners was great as we arrived much earlier than expected.

The house is clean, modern and comfortable. It’s located near downtown San Antonio so it only took minutes to reach the RiverWalk and Tower of the Americas. We would all definitely stay here again.

House has a nice layout, beds were super comfortable, but overall impression was that the house has been a little let go and hasn’t had a real deep cleaning (baseboards, corners, under beds, dressers, etc) for a very long time. We had to sweep off the deck and clean the table on the deck in order to use it. There was broken glass and trash in the yard. A plant was growing through a window to the inside of a bedroom. Kitchen sink turns it self back on until you manage to find the exact spot to set the handle, master shower is difficult to adjust temperature and water pressure is poor. But, the price was very reasonable and location is great for accessibility to everything. Just know that you are definitely on the wrong side of the tracks, as the neighborhood is a little sketchy. All that being said, the price was amazing and the communication was lightning fast, so overall we are very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

everything needed for a comfortable stay, kitchen fully furnished, nice great room area for family and large dining table. nice bedrooms for privacy and bathrooms good except hooks needed in hall bathroom for hanging robe etc. a few more towels would have been nice. We would stay again.

Attended a martial arts competition. House was perfect, kids took advantage of the backyard for practice. Beautiful tree in backyard needs a swing.

The property was not clean from the previous tenants when we arrived but Blake got someone to come within an hour to resolve this. They were quick but did use harsh chemicals while we were in the home, including an expectant mother that had to step outside in the heat to keep from inhaling the fumes. One of the guest beds was broken and held together with wood and ties. The gate was nice for privacy and security but was hard to open and roll. There were plenty of appliances for cooking. The location was far enough from the city to beat traffic but close enough to drive 10 min to downtown and see the sights. I would not say this property is “walkable” to downtown, especially in a Texas summer. The towels were stained and worn, looked to be very cheap and the amount of shampoo and soaps was not enough, we had to buy extra to supplement. Overall, we liked the size of the home but would not stay again due to the issues above.

The neighborhood is very run down. The place we stayed is clean and very cute on the inside. The mattress on the master bedroom needs to be replaced. I would suggest upgrading wash rags and towels. Overall the stay was good and we enjoyed it.

This house appears recently renovated however it has serious foundation issues. It’s just minutes from the downtown area. There are homeless encampments a few blocks away but we never saw anyone wandering through the neighborhood. Overall it satisfied our needs during our stay

Everything was very good, and we had no issues changing our dates as our flights kept changing. The amount of trains blowing their horns sometimes 2x per hour throughout the night was terrible. All five us couldn't believe the frequency and length they would blow it. One night only 2 trains, 6 one night and 4-5 one night. It was right out of My Cousin Vinny! It's an older area but we always felt safe. Bring ear plugs for sure.

Not gonna lie... the neighborhood looked a little bit concerning as we drove to the property. BUT, we needn't have worried! The home was clean, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were in San Antonio. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner, too! Would definitely recommend for your stay!

Very comfortable accommodations. Blake checked in with us but we had everything we needed. We love the River Walk and we’re able to walk there easily although we Ubbered several other places. Got caught at the railroad crossing down the street one afternoon and it just so happened that there was the neatest bar right there. We hated to leave once the train left!! We hope to stay here next year when we return.

Beautiful well maintained little house, great space for a friends weekend away! Owners are fast and responsive via text if we needed anything (like extending our stay by 24hrs at short notice etc) Will absolutely use this property again!!

The house was clean and cozy with plenty of seating for all six of us. 3 Bedrooms were adequate and beds comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen had all we needed and the fridge was big. A large dining table with seating for six where we played cards in the evenings. Alamo/River Walk was in walking distance for us (approx 1.3mi). Easy access with keyless entry.
