Great location, fans provided, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and dryer, great shower, nice balcony and views, underground parking, secure entrance, quiet neighbors.
Sleeper couch was broken; moved mattress onto floor. (Property mgmt was prompt in response and will have home owner provide new sleeper couch).
No amenities like hot tub or pool.

Code - super easy into the garage , elevator, and then the room.
Wifi was relatively weak, but not really an issue - good cell service.

Good location with secure parking.
The electronic Yale lock on the entrance door did not work properly from the time I arrived throughout my 3-day stay. I was unable to enter the venue with the code provided to me, and there was nobody on site locally to assist me in getting into the condo. I was finally able to reach someone off site who provided me with a code for a key lockbox which I had to use the entire weekend to gain entrance to my rental space.
The woman I spoke with on the phone told me that there would be someone coming to repair the faulty door lock but nobody came the entire weekend. Also, the carpeting had been cleaned before my arrival and walking around the condo was I gained access, my socks and feet were wet through the first day of my stay.
These two situations made for a disappointing arrival and a less-than-expected Labor Day weekend stay, especially for the price paid.
