Amazing views and nice friendly staff, we had a good sized family room and it was nice to relax on the balcony. The communal areas were comfortable and my husband enjoyed playing pool

Really comfortable and spacious room with the most gorgeous balcony view! The restaurant/bar area is great, has incredible views and a good menu. We had lunch there twice and it was really good both times. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is slightly out of Ella which means you need to get tuk tuks up and down the hill whenever you want to leave the hotel. It’s a bit annoying but worth the compromise for the quiet location and view, and the staff were really helpful in sorting us a tuk tuk whenever RV we wanted to out.
We would have also liked a mosquito net over the bed as we got bit a few times.

The duty manager was extremely helpful and organised everything we needed without a fuss.
Location is little out of town and the property is a bit dated and needs a makeover.
