Our family of four had a great time. We truly enjoyed the hot tub on-site and were appreciative of the great location.

Back corner on left (if looking out sliding door), either on bed or floor. Think someone may have urinated in the corner. The smell is not strong but is there.

The property was decent. There were a few small signs that the cleaning crew weren’t as meticulous as they should’ve been. There is a bus stop just outside the building that gives you access to downtown park city and PC mountain. You will save yourself a lot of money in Uber fees if you use that bus. Overall good place to stay for a quick weekend on the mountain.

Checking in was a breeze. The location of the property is gorgeous. In the back of the property is a beautiful creek and path to walk on. I had my snow skateboard and took turns on the hills with my daughter to get her comfortable on the board. After a nice session we went to get dinner then to the room for an early nights rest, as we knew we'd be up early to go hit the mountain. It was like there was a herd of elephants wearing high heels moving furniture above us. They got in late (maybe around midnight) and you could hear every stomp, step and creek. You could hear them scraping the furniture around for a good couple hours, on top of hearing the loud voices (which upset my 8 year old to the point where she wanted to sleep in the car). So clearly didn't get off to a good start. Not only that but it seemed like they were up all night just being loud walking in circles. The next day they were up earlier than we planned to, so they beat our alarm and woke us up again with what sounded like them yelling from inside the room to people outside in the parking lot. Needless to say there was no consideration to others there or even the fact that others may be on a different sleeping schedule, or that maybe some people even went there simply to relax (which if you stayed underneath them, you'd have no idea what that means). I tried to be understanding and didn't complain to the front desk because it was so late/early that didn't even think someone would be in there. We were beyond exhausted and ended up falling asleep after they left and ended up having to rush out I couldn't go to the desk in the morning as we were already behind. The next night, same issue with the noise and sound of furniture moving. If I would have to take a guess, I'd say they were practicing for a tap dancing contest. I definitely would not recommend staying there, let alone suggest a bottom floor again. You can hear every door slam as if its right in your room. Only way I would consider going back there is if we were to stay on the top floor. For the price you pay you can definitely find a nicer spot that has invested in some insulation or noise cancelling walls.

The room is as described, 2 queen beds with a kitchenette and single bathroom. We did have a couple of issues when we checked in on Friday evening, we notified the property management company and they had them fixed by noon the next day. The building was right next to the bus stop and we were able to get directly to and from the base of Park City Mtn for free. Heater is a bit noisy and there isn't much storage but it's a cheap option for stays and has the basics.

Good for a quick ski trip.
Skiing for a few days. Location was on a bus line, had parking, had a hot tub down the road, good place to crash. Half of the outlets didn't work, which was weird. But at the end of the day it's more than sufficient.

Prospector Studio Condo
The room was okay. The photos make it look much roomier than it is. Coffee maker did not function correctly; the small fridge had a rock under it to keep it balanced. Bathroom drain was clogged but the property management had it fixed asap when we called. TV and internet were good. We got there early and asked to be contacted when our room was ready. I finally went to the check-in desk at 4pm and our room had been ready for a while. Location was convenient to restaurants and shops, and easy use of the bus route.

Nice little unit.
Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Convenient location for some restaurants and the shuttle to town and the ski area.

Just a few issues
Hot tub was inaccessible due to walking distance with towels from the init
Curtain was shabby
No place to put clothes
Coffee pot was wrong size and had to problem solve
Towel rack was loose
Shoe racks were ridiculous
Mattress pad would have been nice with better sheets. Small changes for a better experience
Location was good
Hot chicken at pretty bird was yummy

Great, but no fitness area
Everything was as pictured, but decided on room because it says in description on-site fitness facility. When we arrivedh we were told there wasn’t one at the property. When I emailed, I was told there is one next door that we could purchase passes for. Just wish that was clarified in room description. We would have stayed at another location that had a fitness center included.

Great spot for a stay-cation
Great spot for a stay-cation ski trip. Property was nice, room was clean and the hot tub was a great way to recover after a ski day. Thank you!

The management company, Moose Management Vacation Rentals went "over & above" to make our ski trip successful and memorable. The Moose Management representative was extraordinarily responsive and helpful.
The condo location is well situated to the ParkCity free bus to the extent that we did not need a car. The condo was well equipped and fully functional.
In summary, it was a pleasure to stay at the Prospector Condo development. I highly recommend Prospector Condos managed by Moose Management Vacation Rentals.

Nice room in Park City
Right next to free shuttle stop to take you to all 3 ski areas! Next to a gorgeous gym, where you can pay a day visit fee and enjoy the full facilities.

As pictured
Somewhat confusing to go through VRBO, to go through a vacation rental company, to go through the condo HOA... but managed to check in and check out without any issues. The property itself is as advertised, comfortable, close to the bus stop, and the hot tub was great! Only small issues were the heater in the condo was so loud it sounded like a jet engine and would wake us up every time the heat kicked on. Also, the free bus took much longer than we anticipated, if we had known the distance, we might have chose a property slightly closer to the ski resort and Main St. (Park City Mountain).
