Our family of four had a great time. We truly enjoyed the hot tub on-site and were appreciative of the great location.

Back corner on left (if looking out sliding door), either on bed or floor. Think someone may have urinated in the corner. The smell is not strong but is there.

The property was decent. There were a few small signs that the cleaning crew weren’t as meticulous as they should’ve been. There is a bus stop just outside the building that gives you access to downtown park city and PC mountain. You will save yourself a lot of money in Uber fees if you use that bus. Overall good place to stay for a quick weekend on the mountain.

Checking in was a breeze. The location of the property is gorgeous. In the back of the property is a beautiful creek and path to walk on. I had my snow skateboard and took turns on the hills with my daughter to get her comfortable on the board. After a nice session we went to get dinner then to the room for an early nights rest, as we knew we'd be up early to go hit the mountain. It was like there was a herd of elephants wearing high heels moving furniture above us. They got in late (maybe around midnight) and you could hear every stomp, step and creek. You could hear them scraping the furniture around for a good couple hours, on top of hearing the loud voices (which upset my 8 year old to the point where she wanted to sleep in the car). So clearly didn't get off to a good start. Not only that but it seemed like they were up all night just being loud walking in circles. The next day they were up earlier than we planned to, so they beat our alarm and woke us up again with what sounded like them yelling from inside the room to people outside in the parking lot. Needless to say there was no consideration to others there or even the fact that others may be on a different sleeping schedule, or that maybe some people even went there simply to relax (which if you stayed underneath them, you'd have no idea what that means). I tried to be understanding and didn't complain to the front desk because it was so late/early that didn't even think someone would be in there. We were beyond exhausted and ended up falling asleep after they left and ended up having to rush out I couldn't go to the desk in the morning as we were already behind. The next night, same issue with the noise and sound of furniture moving. If I would have to take a guess, I'd say they were practicing for a tap dancing contest. I definitely would not recommend staying there, let alone suggest a bottom floor again. You can hear every door slam as if its right in your room. Only way I would consider going back there is if we were to stay on the top floor. For the price you pay you can definitely find a nicer spot that has invested in some insulation or noise cancelling walls.
