About this house rental
Craving a true escape? We invite you to be our guests in our Charming, well appointed home, with all the amenities you will need during your stay. One level floor plan has 3 bedrooms 3 baths ( 2 of the bedrooms are suites). Open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Off the dining room sitting area for reading with a desk if you should need it. The backyard has an outdoor Palapa with BBQ/bar, covered patio, beautiful pool with an 8 man Jacuzzi. Quiet neighborhood, centerally located, close to supermarkets, the lake , boat launch London Bridge and downtown. Comfortably sleeps 6 and is a perfect place to relax and unwind. In the evening the sunsets from the backyard are incredibly beautiful. Some of the best I personally have ever witnessed next to the ones in Greece. Due to no street lights the stars shine ever so bright!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, activities, and attractions, while still being quiet and peaceful.The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the property looked even better in person than in the photos.We especially loved the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing outdoor space. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway!

We took a boat and there was plenty of room for parking. Laundry room was great. Our host Laurie responded quickly every time I reached out to her and answered all of our questions.

I would really love to give this property a higher rating, but given the situation, I can't. Anyone considering this property should know in advance that you have absolutely no control over the thermostat. I wish I had known that the temperature is set by the owner, and cannot be modified by the guest. Even though the owner was responsive when I texted to say that we were hot, they also would not set the AC below a certain number -- and that number was higher than I keep my own AC when I'm at home. For the amount of money I paid, I should be able to set the thermostat to whatever number makes me comfortable.
Additionally, the sliding patio door is broken. It was so difficult to open, I was afraid it was going to break each time we used it to go in and out of the back yard.
Another issue was the back yard grill, which is pictured in the listing. The grill was one of the reasons I chose this property, and it was a real disappointment to find that it barely worked and was incapable of cooking much of anything.
On the plus side, the rooms were nicely kept, the kitchen was spacious, there was a nice-sized dining table, and there were plenty of towels. The backyard was beautiful, with plenty of seating room, and the pool was great. I honestly would have given a much higher rating if not for the temperature issue.
